8 items missing from order 9231-8652-20. Delivery driver stumped as to why these items were not with my delivery. First time using Tesco online shop/ delivery and the last. Absolutely disgusting. Delivery driver called his boss who said they will be delivered later this evening. It’s now 19.45 in the evening and still don’t know if i will get them delivered. I have paid for the items and for the delivery. I am absolutely disappointed with Tesco. Shocking service!

Everything has become bad in Tesco. Some staff behave badly. I'm not intersted to shop in Tesco.

While out on my motorcycle today, i stopped at the new Tescos Express in Swaffham, Norfolk.
While I sat on the bike consuming my chocolate, an elderly Gentleman tripped on the kerb and fell as a result.
The Tesco staff were outstanding and reacted immediately. We managed to help the Gentleman on to a chair and the Tesco staff dressed a nasty hand injury and called an ambulance to check the Gentleman over.
They also locked his car as he asked and remained with him at all times.
Well done Tesco Express staff , Swaffham.

Please involve L’Oréal in my complaint. Contacted Tesco as received the wrong product yet again. Should have been golden age not rosy radiance product. Initial customer service person was very understanding. I never asked for a call back but tried to explain my ongoing issues to the person at the shop. After being spoken to in a nasty way, I cancelled my subscription, made a complaint and hoped to hear back in a kind way. Little did an expect to have my order cancelled without any explanation. Guessing I’m blocked now. Super disappointed

Tesco own brand soup priced matched to aldi.
Bought lentil and crispy bacon soup, totally tasteless! I often buy Aldi lentil soup which hasn't bacon added and it is great. Will not buy their soup again. And to add insult to injury, filled up with diesel on my way out and it hasn't added my club card points! Not a good trip.

Very difficult process to generate a voucher and redeem back to Tesco Mobile. Incredibly frustrating and unnecessarily difficult process, nearly gave up which was probably what they wanted. Come on Tesco you are better than this, sort out a user friendly system that works for the customer.

Despite being given a four-hour delivery window between 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM, my order was never delivered. This is outrageous, arrogant, and demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism.
Throughout the entire evening, I kept receiving updates claiming that I was “next” and that my delivery would arrive shortly. These repeated false promises were misleading and showed a shocking disregard for customers’ time and trust.
Treating customers as if they are fools who will accept endless excuses is completely unacceptable. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
Tesco’s handling of this order has been utterly disgraceful. I would not recommend this company to anyone. 0/10. Absolutely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, an initial payment issue was corrected by me immediately as soon as it was brought to my attention. Therefore, there was absolutely no justification for the failure to deliver my order or for the misleading updates I continued to receive throughout the evening.

So on holiday, twice tesco's have missed our deliverly 2 days running with zero communication. They are happy to charge us twice and refund takes 5 days! So with no food late Saturday, we had to order take out as out kids needed feeding, costing more money, then time spent re- ordering and still no food! Horrendus customer service.

Went shopping in the Southport Branch of Tesco's I don't normally shop there any more and I don't think I will again terribly laid out. But the real reason for this review is the fuel station again I don't normally use this as it's a pain to get to if your not shopping. I approached the station entrance from the little roundabout and as I pulled in all the points where being used except one on the extra long hose points I thought great and pulled up close to it, however the hose came nowhere near close enough to use it definitely wasn't long. I got back in and as one lane was empty I pulled round to refuel the other side I got the hose out put it in selected kiosk when I heard a muffled voice I looked around then heard it again telling me I could not refuel I replaced the nozzle and went in to the shop the ladies in their told me I could not refuel as I was facing the wrong way bearing in mind I was at the far end I asked why she said your facing the wrong way . I tried to explain that I had to turn around as the extra long hoses we're not long at all, she wasn't interested said I couldn't refuel . I told her I would have to exit the station go around the large roundabout exit into the slip road negotiate another roundabout to re enter and I didn't want to do that she reiterated I can't refuel at this point I was totally cheesed off so I replied fine im leaving and went to another outlet bizarrely I had to pull in the other way around like a few other cars but no problem I refueled and it was a far better experience. So we'll done Tesco's you won't be getting any of my money any time soon.another case of rule mad Britain or wrong signage.??

Tried to transfer from PAYG to monthly plan. Tesco discontinued my old SIM card for6 hours so I had no working mobile. Trying to contact customer care was a nightmare. The operators could not understand my query. It was frustrating to try and explain my problem. They also talked over me and said I failed security questions. After over 30 minutes and repeated calls, I abandoned trying.

This review is not really about the services inside the supermarket, but about the **appalling state of the areas surrounding it**.

For well over a year roughly since I started going to the gym nearby I have seen rubbish accumulating in the surrounding, neglected areas. Plastic, cans, packaging and general waste are scattered everywhere, often hidden away in corners and areas that clearly have not been properly cleaned for a very long time.

What is even more unacceptable is that the rubbish is also visible around the **petrol station and service areas**. This is not a small amount of litter that appeared yesterday — it is an ongoing problem that has clearly been allowed to get worse over time.

Honestly, it is **embarrassing and completely unacceptable** for a major supermarket to have its surrounding premises looking like this. Customers, gym users and people simply passing through should not have to look at piles of rubbish every time they walk or drive past.

I sincerely hope someone takes responsibility for this and actually does something about it. **Cleaning these areas properly and keeping them maintained should not be too much to ask.**

This has been going on for far too long. I hope this review finally gets the attention it deserves and leads to some **serious and lasting action**, rather than another temporary clean-up that is forgotten a few weeks later.

Got treated poorly by walsall tesco staff. Complaining through whats app. And 4 times they meant to call back and haven't. Its appauling service and these private corps need to be become unprivate in and around public. Power to the people. Tesco u suck!

Few weeks ago I couldn't find my reading glasses so retraced my steps I even went to Tesco customer service in Enniskillen and was told my glasses weren't there. Yesterday morning when in Tesco a member of staff took the glasses out of a drawer in the self service Why weren't they put in customer service when found I went to my optician to get new glasses a couple of weeks ago thinking my glasses were lost. I paid £115 for new glasses in advance I'll have to see the optician tomorrow morning about what happened and try and get my £115 back but the receptionist told me that I might only get some of it back.

We were visiting from USA & went to your Tesco store on Aug 29,2026 around 5pm
Being new in the country, when asked the only worker in the Sheldon square store in Coventry Uk, where the item was . The worker was very obnoxious, rude & non co- operative.
When a moment later worker’s friend came he immediately spent 5+ minutes with him gossiping & giggling, ignoring customer !
This certainly doesn’t represent the traditional customer service of Britain & your company needs to re-train & educate him , if your company wants to survive
Will never go there again

This week, I did a Tesco online shop for the first time. Home alone with the flu, it was my only chance to get any shopping.
What arrived was abysmal.
Strawberries that were already gone. Soggy lemons, and horrible alternative brands- cheap bad food sent instead of the things I wanted.
I had no choice but to eat them in my state.
I spent a miserable week eating unhealthy food.
I will never use this service again.

0 stars for Poole store. Carelessly packed, heavy bottles on the top of the bread, salads etc., substitutes are something completely different not even remotely similar to what was ordered. Ordered Tesco Eden water but delivered Elmhurst which is equivalent to a tap water. We are ordering on line do to a hectic life schedule, trusting those people and get disappointed every time. Switching to Ocado.

I will never order from tescos whoosh or tescos again. Second time ordered flowers first time they where dead i did get refund this time arrived half dead again!! Roses are brown. I am sticking to morrisons much better quality and service. Tescos app deleted. Buy elsewhere

I know the world is changing, but do we really need delivery vans banging about on a Sunday morning at 0800. Our culture is being slowly eroded, Sunday is a day of rest. The driver couldn’t have made any more noise if he tried. But having seen all the other reviews you won’t respond 😔

The last 4 weeks my husband or I have bought fillet steak, it's not cheap but it's a cut we enjoy. Each and every time there has been gristle and fat in every piece. I don't expect perfection because it's a supermarket, but I do expect to enjoy my meals. Tesco you need to up your standards
