Worst loyalty card system ever over 20 years have had to get new card as it stops working. With SuperValu and Dunnes same card same number and way better discounts . Tesco are a joke

Absolutely shocking company been waiting a week for a refund on unavailable items whoosh drivers can't speak English can't use there pda so obviously can't read English either then always seem to have attitude and always items missing from delivery

The staff are horrible they watch u as u shop too make sure people are paying for their plastic shopping bags ,yes They are charging 80pence for their flimsy bags that always split . I will never ever go too tesco’ again and looking under their shelf’s are disgusting with dirt.

Useless. Product from the seller a garden hose, split on putting it on. I was messed about by email, with 6 people sending them and not one individual dealing with complaint and sending a generic reply each time. Tesco system not sending my refund request to seller after requesting it twice. Finally I had to call Tesco to get it done. I am still waiting for refund and expect more emails, even though I have sent photos. I will never use Tesco Market Place again, prices are good and you think it's Tesco so should be okay, but it seems obvious anyone and any product can be sold using their name even if products sold are not. Terrible system.

ATM machine ate my card and also took £100, I'm forced to dispute transaction, might not even get my money back and change all my subscriptions. Horrible experience. Never using Tesco or NatWest ATM.

Reduced range of stock, overpriced goods, ridiculous price of meat and out of stock items are just a few of the problems here in Bury. Whilst everyone is suffering from the cost of living Tesco are concentrating on maximising profit. Zero social responsibility!

For the third time, my order didn't turn up, with no contact from Tesco or explanation. The last two times this happened, I had to ring them to chase. Last time, I was offered £10 compensation on asking, but no apologies. What's more, it takes about a week to be refunded. Definitely don't get the sense they care about customers or are looking to improve service.

Tesco Launceston have had temporary toilets for some weeks. They are disgusting.

They quite obviously care little about customer service, otherwise their TrustPilot average score would be considerable higher than only 1.6.
When a company as big as Tesco, makes £3.1 BILLION in profit, I would expect alot more effort in keeping customer satisfaction a priority. I called at Tesco Extra forecourt for petrol in Bishop Auckland on two occasions with a discount voucher obtained from spending over £60 in the Extra store, only to find it was ' pay at the pump only' which means you cannot scan the voucher and lose the opportunity of receiving the discount. Twice in 3 days, I filled up after a long journey only to find the same diabolical service. Its not acceptable and this has cost me alone £4.80 which is a welcome discount on a tank of fuel, as the voucher only lasts for a week. This might not seem much , but consider how many thousands this happens to all over the UK and that equates to even more millions in the pocket of Tesco instead of their customers. Sort yourselves out Tesco or I will buy at Sainsbury and enjoy Nectar points instead!!!

Tesco home delivery is very reliable in my area (Hemel Hempstead).

I order my groceries online regularly. I usually use my PC don’t normally have any problems but recently every single time I have tried to update my order I haven’t been able to. I’ve had to constantly refresh the page and it still is the same problem and I’m forced to use my app on my mobile phone which for me doesn’t work that well you can’t get to see things as well. I can’t compare prices easily. I’m getting very close to not bothering to use them at all.

Ordered Whoosh for the first time on a Sunday with a delivery time of approx one hour (shop would have still been open at this time). Notified after the shop shut that they had cancelled my order. Complete waste of time, and we have no dinner!

I went to Tesco where item says 69p. I asked the Tesco assistant walking by if that was the case he said yes. I went to the till and it was 99p without club card even though it says price match to Aldi. Stores like Tesco should be banned from Trading it's too much rip off. I had to leave everything in my trolley in case of further surprises and left the store to avoid having to take out a loan for food shopping. Please stick to Aldi, Lidl or Asda. Tesco and Sainsbury's are twins. So even without Aldi trading it will be business as usual ripping people off, thank the Almighty God for Aldi competition so Tesco can price match. Without Aldi there will no Tesco reduction Lord help us all. How come Tesco does not have their own prices it has to be a price only the Almighty God knows what else Tesco could still reduce without bothering as long as it's British society to be ripped off nothing changes.

If you're going to mess people around and not turn up for the Click & Collect orders you could at least let us know via email or something that there's an issue.

All I got was an unrecognised mobile call (I got my receipt saying everything was OK) which meant nothing to me until I was sat there at the pickup point like the last turkey in the shop, wondering why no customers were there either...

Visited Hardengreen Dalkeith on sat 5th Sept, All the fresh loaves were dated best before 5th Sept, and there was lots of loaves , this is quite common at this store, nearly £3.00 For out of date bread

I was trying to get an answer on Tesco own brand bottled water. I found the water to taste a bit like mould. After some research I found what could be the problem. Plastic water bottles need to be stored in a cool place out of direct sunlight etc. Warm bottles can leach plastic into the water and can give a slightly foul taste.
I certainly won't be buying this product anymore because it doesn't taste healthy to me. Has anyone else had this experience?

Five stars! I am so impressed with the incredible customer service from Tesco. I had an issue where something wasn't up to scratch, but the team handled it perfectly. I spoke with two different operators, both human and both were absolutely excellent—kind, helpful, and professional.Not only did they completely put things right, but they also helped me get the most out of my Tesco Clubcard and save money. It is rare to find such brilliant customer service these days. Thank you so much for the fantastic support!

Complete waste of time.
No delivery slots avaliable until monday so I booked a WHOOSH slot only to find that you were limited with regards to the choice you have when selecting the items that you need.
Why cant you buy the same items from WHOOSH as you would get normally.
They need to rethink this policy because it's not convenient for the shopper

Once again I used Whoosh Every thing ok the came to view order no orange juice but didn’t say out of stock .said order would be £11.40 .Fine goods delivered on my debit card £15.80 charges phone customer service said I should get refund for the orange juice in a few days .I have used Whoosh about 7 times and to date every order had something wrong .The set up is very unprofessional .That evening at a friends house they ordered goods not one item was correct They were told don’t worry keep the goods free of charge and we will send out a new order .No wonder Tesco prices seem to be a little higher than other stores

Worst ever customer experience,there was deal for club-card holders for hair colour, if you buy two you pay £6 each, they only had two boxes but one box was opened, I asked them to either provide me with another good box, or assure me of the opened box, they said they can’t guarantee the oped box and they can’t provide me another good one either but they did charge me £8.00 for one, the manager told me I should either buy the damaged box without any assurance of the product not being compromised or pay £8 for one.
Because it was 22:50 I had no choice but to pay £8.
