they could improve the shipping/packaging. I have ordered multiple times, all the plants root and grow. but they are in plastic bags when delivered. I ordered 200 fern roots that were sent in one plastic bag.

Great delivery
Great delivery. Plants were in excellent shape. Put Arrowwood viburnums in the ground, and two weeks later only two of 25 are slow about leafing. Stalks are green when scratched, so I think they are just a bit behind the others. Will order from this company again!

I spent almost $100 on four trees and…
I spent almost $100 on four trees and not one of them lived. And apparently the company says the issue was out of their hands because I didn’t purchase an extended warranty. So be very very cautious and make sure you get that warranty.
Edited to note: I followed directions and the two other people I gifted trees to followed directions as well. BE CAUTIOUS!

They are an okay lower class nursery…
They are an okay lower class nursery but they're not as good as most of the high class nurseries they do not care about shipping speeds they will wait and hold your order until the weekend so that FedEx or UPS has to hold it on that Sunday an extra day most of the high class nurseries make sure to send your order on a Monday or Tuesday that way it arrives before the weekend and does not have to be held over by the delivery company. I ordered from them on a Tuesday ordered from another nursery that Wednesday received my order from the other nursery 3 days later before my order from TN ever even shipped This is an update to my review trying to upload this picture of my beautiful pomegranate that I got from fast growing trees which I ordered two days after I ordered from Tennessee wholesale nursery it's already planted and looking beautiful at the time of writing this review my order from Tennessee wholesale nursery is still being held over at a UPS location because it's Sunday it would have been better for them to hold it until Monday then ship it so it would have less time in a box knowing that they do not deliver on Sundays instead they wait two days before Sunday to ship that way an extra day is added to shipping so yes there is a difference between a high class and a low class nursery sir The high class nurseries care about their customers and think before they send an order

There are no high or low class nurseries. We are one of the oldest nurseries in the United States and we have been in business since 1959.
Most nurseries you consider high class are those that buys from growers like us and they usually buy second quality plants where we grow grade A quality only and trash out 2nd grade.
You’re probably wanting shipping quicker than a nursery like us that gets a major volume of orders per day can do.
No one can take someone’s order with 100,000 spring orders and ship it the day they request it to ship.
You really should check our quality and see that it’s surpasses the big box retailers that sends you second quality plants before you leave us an unfair review.
It is very obvious you are upset because you can’t get your plants over the weekend but we package our plants to last up to 14 days in transit and have a full 100% moneyback guarantee if they arrive dead or damaged.
Also, no one can guarantee when something is delivered and they do not stop shipping on Thursdays or Fridays just accommodate weekends. Nurseries know how to package plants to retain moisture for many days beyond the weekend.

Timing can also vary depending on local climate and growing conditions, even in Texas.

Don't get me wrong I didn't have a bad experience at all, fast shipping, plants are going well, but the order of 25 bushes I only got 7 of them, I was thinking to surround my front yard and barely got started, thanks for the extras but I needed it the 25 bushes from one of my orders.
