Never received order after 6 weeks??? Took my payment and nothing back from the seller. No emails, calls, texts, etc. saying there is a problem but tons and tons of spam emails.

Thank you for your feedback. Bare-root trees are shipped dormant and naturally arrive brown and without leaves. This is normal and helps reduce transplant stress during shipping. Every shipment includes a QR code with planting instructions and a scratch test to help determine whether a dormant tree is alive.

Since March 31 (today is 4/12) I've been receiving annoying emails every day asking about the products I ordered. I finally called TWN to ask whether the order was shipped to the wrong address. The CSR sd. they wouldn't ship til next week and just ignore all the auto-emails!

Order was for 25 Shasta Daisy roots and 25 Coneflower roots. The Shasta Daisy roots arrived in fine shape, were planted and appear to be growing new growth. The Coneflower roots (same package) arrived as mush and were in unusable condition. It appears to me that the package was exposed to direct sunlight and the roots were steamed or cooked inside the bag. Disappointed, but just saying what I found.

Roots where dry even with packing materials. Lots of tiny saplings under the 12 to 18inches. I'd say 1/4 of the plants appeared to be ripped from the ground. Roots broke off.

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed. Bare-root seedlings naturally have fewer feeder roots than container-grown plants because those roots regenerate after planting. During harvesting, some fine roots are unavoidably left in the soil, but this does not prevent healthy establishment. Last fall I planted 3 Carolina spice bushes, 3 witch hazel bushes, 6 red twig dogwoods, some ferns, echinaceas, trilliums, jack-in-the-pulpits and some day lilies. They were all dormant until a couple of weeks ago. I can happily report that (so far) everything is coming back to life and thriving. I’m still waiting on the day lilies, but I’m optimistic those will show their faces soon too. Be patient - those dead looking twigs are just sleeping. :)

False Advertising & Non Viable Product
I purchased 2 online bareroot Weigala bushes in October and planted them exactly according to TN website directions. I am an experienced gardener. It is now Spring and they are not leafing out. The bushes are dead. No, I did not buy a warranty. When I buy plants I expect the garden supplier to stand by their product. TN will not refund or replace because I did buy their warranty. Now you tell me…how on earth can someone purchase bareroot bushes and expect them to be 100% alive 6 months after planting. TN knows this. They can do better. DO NOT BUY BAREROOT from TN. I will never purchase from them again.
PS don’t be fooled by their vibrant photos. They are misleading.

I was told many times via email that my order would ship within 10 to 12 days. That did not happen if you look at when I ordered the product and when I receive the product. The only excuse I got from your office was we are very busy we appreciate your patience. I don’t know if the sugar maple trees have survived. I should know within a couple more days. I do not think I will ever order from your company again.
