Plants come in well packaged
Plants come in well packaged. Good quality of trees. Great price. Wish they had more fruits for sale. We purchased apples, peaches, apricots and hazelnuts. Would love to see some improved varieties of pawpaw. Maybe a few more varieties of apples. First year ordering from TN but definitely will not be the last!!! Keep up the great work!!

Shipped way early . trees not looking good.
When I ordered on a Thursday I was told it would be 5-7 days before they shipped . I said great , I would not be able to plant them until next weekend. They shipped the next day and I received them on Saturday . I called them on Monday and asked them about this and they said I was lucky that they shipped early. It takes a while to dig 82 holes. It was 8 days later before I was able to plant.
Now most are brown and don't look good at all.

Bare-root trees are shipped dormant and often appear brown upon arrival, which is normal. Every shipment includes a QR code with planting instructions and a scratch test to help determine whether dormant trees are alive. After planting, establishment depends on factors such as weather, soil conditions, watering, drainage, planting depth, and transplant shock.

They sent plenty more trees than I ordered which is a great problem to have, unfortunately nearly all the trees I received were tiny, far below the 1-2' size I'd ordered. I'm a forestry professional, I'm really used to bare root trees, but if you're selling them at a size they have to be in that range and they've got to be viable. We will see how many leaf out but these things were really puny.

Our seedlings are graded by height before shipping, and bare-root trees can vary in stem thickness and root structure depending on the species and growing conditions while still meeting the specified size grade. Bad experience
Screwed out of 50 trees said I didn't inspect my package soon enough ,hard to do when your out of town ,they put two bundles of 25,trees instead of 4 bundles ,lost over $100 worth of trees and they will not make it good.

Ordered on Feb. 12 and they took the money right away but still no trees. Wrote emails to them 3 times and no answer. I am assuming they are a con company and just ripping people off. I will get my bank involved to get my money back.

delighted with viburnum and chokeberry order
I placed an order for 125 native shrubs (arrowwood viburnum and red and black chokeberry). They arrived dormant, as I had requiested, and they were carefully packed in a double layered secure box. My shrubs are enormous and well rooted!! the price was amazing low for such healthy and vigorous plants. I could not be more pleased
