Poor quality products and even worse…

Poor quality products and even worse customer service. Bought a machine direct at Christmas and after making 4 drinks it broke down. Sent item back and have had nothing but hassle chasing things up. They promised a full refund would be paid into my bank account 3 months ago - nothing. They promise to call back but don't bother. Buy a different brand.

Can’t contact them!

Used Tassimo for years and never had a problem and now ordered and a different delivery service brings the orders and just got an email saying the order was lost and no contact details for the distribution company. Managed to get contact details for them and also tried to call Tassimo and have emailed them 3 times and can’t get through to any of them. Absolutely infuriating as I have paid for something I haven’t received.

Delivery problems since Tassimo switched courier to Amazon Shipping

I've been a happy Tassimo customer for a few years. Tassimo used to use DHL as their courier and I never had any delivery problems (or any other problems) with them before but since they've switched to Amazon Shipping, my order either isn't delivered or its delivered to the wrong house. 3 times I've tried to order coffee capsules this week, 3 failed delivery attempts.

T2303891006 was marked as delivered but wasn't delivered to me.

T2303900009 was cancelled by Amazon Shipping on the day of delivery. No explanation given.

T2303906683 was supposed to be coming tomorrow but then I get an email today saying it's being delivered today. Lucky I didn't have any plans, I guess. Then I receive an email saying 'delivered' with a picture of my order sitting outside somebody else's house in the rain 😖

I don't understand what the problem is. I called Tassimo's customer services after the first failed delivery and all they could do is refund me and email me a discount voucher. I've given Tassimo and Amazon my correct delivery details. I get Amazon deliveries often so they must know how to find my address.

I guess all I can do now is get another refund, wait until I've used all of my Tassimo capsules and then buy another machine from another brand 🙁

Update - I just called Tassimo and they refunded me but wouldn't do anything else to help. I give up.

Speedy Delivery

I am a big fan of Gevalia less sweet latte. I received an email from Tassimo on my birthday offering a good discount. I placed my order and it arrived within 2 days. Great service !

Terrible customer service

I have sent a request for information as to why we are continuing to experience fault Colombian pods. We have wasted so many, a full packet can be without froth and smell very bitter. We look after our machine and it is only the Colombian pods we have had trouble with. Trying to get a prompt response from Tassimo/JDE is impossible, very bad communication, not very professional to leave the customer waiting for nearly 2 weeks.

Unable to place order and pay for it

I am trying to place an order with a promotions code. I have an account, so should be easy. But when I go to make a payment i am unable to as they say card refused. I know there is nothing wrong with my card and I have tried another card with the same response.

This is not the first time this has happened but I usually get someone to speak to place my order. I have phoned Careline Agent who said there is no one to speak to me but will sent me an email. I have been waiting 4 days for this.
I am not happy I can’t place my order this time.

Stealing scammers

This "legit" website runs and operates like a scam. Took my order, sent a tracking link with DPD (who I emailed and they said they never received any package), they don't respond to emails, will let you on hold forever. SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCUMBAGS

Same story ordered pods a few monthsNo delivery yet again…

Same story ordered pods a few months ago, delivery via Evri appears to have got lost in their warehouse!! Got refund! Wrote a scathing review on Evri’s site. Gave Tassimo a second chance! Seems my order is with Amazon Shipping! Had email Wednesday to say will be delivered today Friday 23/6/23 so far so good. Had email yesterday morning to say delivery will now be Thursday 22/6 between 1-4pm. Ok, stayed home to await delivery. Nothing, yet 2 subsequent emails said 2 attempted deliveries made …!! Lies I was in the whole time. In between the emails I got another email saying my order was running late and it wound be delivered Friday 23/6!! I’m not holding out much hope of seeing any delivery! What is it with delivery companies and Tassimo coffee Pod deliveries…maybe Great Bear Distribution who seems to handle the shipping for Tassimo should take some flack too! I’ll just carry on ordering from
Kaffe Kapslen a company in Denmark, that uses Royal Mail and my order is usually with me within 5 days. So much more reliable than Tassimo and their rubbish non existent deliveries!!!!! Wished I’d looked at these reviews first…I wouldn’t have bothered ordering from them!!!

Shocking customer service

I have contacted this company many times by phone and email over the last 6 weeks as I want to take out a machine subscription but the coffee I want is not showing as available. Apparently this is a ‘glitch on their website’. However, any company that can’t reply to an email in that long or fix a glitch can probably not be trusted to run a subscription service either. Oh that’s on top of the order they ‘lost’. Just looking at the lack of responses to trustpilot reviews says it all really.

No communication AT ALL

Delivered by Evri(already mistake) open package, opened coffee box even. After being directed by Evri to contact Tassimo about it, no promised reply from Tassimo to the 3 email forms that they ask to fill in.

Never Again!!!

I ordered coffee pods on 3rd June where I was told they’d be with my within 2-3 business days.

Another 6 business days later - no sign of the parcel. Evri say they have it and there’s been a delay. I am not convinced they even have it!

There’s no way to contact Tassimo and no way to contact Evri.

I have filed a charge back claim with my bank….

I’ll never use Tassimo to order anything again.

Would give it minus 10 if I could

Would give it minus 10 if I could. Complete rubbish, always clogging up. Drinks are obscenely priced. It would make more sense if you brought the chocolate or whatever in a big tub and added water. I suspect it’s because they couldn’t charge obscene amounts for it if that was the case

Too expensive now

Too expensive now, I can't afford to buy the pods any more as they have increased in price dramatically.

I just looked on the website to see if there are any deals. Alas no, and a LOT of the pods are out of stock anyway.

Probably not worth having a tassimo machine anymore. Shame, because I really liked it!

No Delivery, No Response, No Good!!

My wife received a 35% off voucher so we ordered 12 packets of coffee on 7 May. We were sent tracking which said that the order had shipped on 8 May. After a week tracking showed Evri had still not received the shipment and after 10 days we contacted them but no response. Tried again after 14 days and again no response and tracking still showed Evri had not received the coffee so raised a formal complaint. 2 days later we received a refund but no apology and we had really just wanted the coffee as we had now lost the 35% off discount. Shambolic and useless customer services. Account cancelled. We will buy our coffee elsewhere from now on.

I ordered some coffee pods through…

I ordered some coffee pods through Tasimo site few days ago. It was due for delivery yesterday between 16:00-17:00, after 17:00 I tracked it again and it said sorry we couldn’t deliver today. I tried Evri, you can not speak with human then tried Tasimo and waited an hour NO joy. I am NOT ordering from them any more and once we use all the coffee, I’ll change the machine so I don’t have to deal with these companies, as they DO NOT care about their customers.

Worst service ever!

Ordered over a week ago and still hasn't arrived. Check the tracking and they still haven't sent it to the courier. I call them and all I got was... "Sorry, we will look into it" no timeframe and no compensation offered at all. Service is shocking!!!!

My god bunch of crooks

My god, what a company!!
These scammers put their prices up them offer a promo discount. In less that a year the prices started at £4.50 and have been going up ever since to now £6.49.
They offered a 25% discount, so I ordered 10 boxes, they cancelled the order and told me to reorder but the promo changes to 20% scammers !!!!!
