Do not touch them worst company ever…

Do not touch them worst company ever put in an order and Dpd say it’s been rerouted twice then cancelled by supplier I still haven’t received it. There is literally no way of contacting Tassimo to rectify this the number they have on there site doesn’t work I tried emailing nothing and contacting there so say live help is a joke they need to be closed down

Nice coffee but Amazon delivery is EXPLETIVE!

Tassimo now use Amazon delivery. I've been messed around yet again. Two parcels due tomorrow. Amazon decided to deliver ONE today, by 1pm. At 1pm, delivery window changed to 3pm and so on. It's now 9.30. And I know, from experience, that at 10pm, Amazon will juat go ailent. And I've got to go through this again tomorrow for the other parcel plus whatever Amazon condescend to do with today's one. Well both can go back and Tassimo can refund. And my Tassimo machine will be binned (I doubt that anyone on Freecycle will be idiotic enough to want it).

Awful company , so unreliable with deliveries and customer services couldn't care less.

Do not order!

Placed an order. Tassimo are using Amazon Shipping to deliver. A complete nightmare! Tassimo says my order has been delivered. Amazon has said attempted delivery twice and rejected by resident. I've been home all day and nobody has attempted any deliveries. Amazon now saying they're returning my parcel to Tassimo as address unknown! No proper customer service available to contact at either Tassimo or Amazon, which seems the norm nowadays. Will not be ordering again from Tassimo and am thinking of changing coffee machine to a competitor's range, if this is the hassle I get for ordering pods. I am waiting for a reply from Tassimo so will update this review.

Terrible!

I have tried for several weeks to order coffee pods, and every payment method I attempted was refused.
No customer service available to try and sort issue!

More issues with deliveries

More issues with deliveries, Amazon keep saying that my coffee is delivered but it's not, then I cannot contact Amazon to challenge them as Amazon delivery doesn't allow the end contact to discuss deliveries as they have the account with Tassimo, Tassimo eventually admit they have some delivery problems, but cannot find what is going wrong. It is a continual problem and is really rubbish. Do Tassimo really care about customer service? I think not

There's a reason for so many 1* reviews and I wish I had checked this before placing an order. Appalling customer service.

Tried to order 10 machines and they decided to ship one and refund payment for nine. I would not have known this if I didn't spend over an hour on the phone trying to get through to someone as they did not communicate anything.

Why does your web shop accept orders for more than one machine if you do not want to sell more than one? Surely this is a basic fix.

They hide the phone number for customer service. If this helps anyone else you can call them on 0800 032 8833. The number on their web page is wrong!

WORST customer service ever!!!!!!

Tassimo doesn't even deserve 1 star. The experience with this company is absolutely the worst.

I placed an order online and didn't receive the parcel for two weeks. The so-called "virtual assistant" on the official website is no use at all, as all it does is to ask me to fill in a contact form.

Still, I filled in the contact form as instructed - got no reply at all. Tried to call the customer service several times, and was told the customer service line was temporarily closed. After a week I called again, had to wait for 30 minutes before the line went through - told the agent what happened and the only solution he offered was a 20% discount code on next purchase (which is already available online if you buy 10 packs). Eventually the agent proposed to refund my order, and before he could confirm it the line was CUT OFF!

Called again and ended up with another 30 minutes wait - when the call was through, the line was CUT OFF AGAIN after 5 minutes before they could solve the problem.

It is basically IMPOSSIBLE to reach the customer service - so if they fxcked up something then consider your money lost already. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Order never turned up tried ringing but…

Order never turned up tried ringing but they said they had to close their phone lines down. In my account it was saying parcel delivered. Paid through PayPal & put a claim in with them amazingly I received an email from tassimo saying my order had got lost & they did refund, will not be using again!

Order never turned up

Order never turned up. Got a message to say the packing label was created but nothing else. A week later, no update and no response to email and the phone lines are down. Also says in my account it was delivered when it hasn't been. I will never order direct from Tassimo again and will probably have to get my money back through my credit card company.

I recently ordered 22 boxes of coffee…

I recently ordered 22 boxes of coffee pods from TASSIMO website. I received 2 boxes of tumble dryers sheets……which the delivery driver insisted is what the supplier has sent. My question to TASSIMO will be, should I put sugar in my lovely cup of fabric softener coffee.

Will never use Tassimo again

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the second time now that my order has not arrived. Unable to contact them and website says delivered but it never has. Had to raise a query with my bank to get my money back again. Will never use the website again and buy from the supermarket instead or Amazon.

Diabolical

Tassimo can't fulfill the subscription service this month and yet won't let me cancel the subscription. Also won't answer any communications or complaints so customer service is non-existent. They do keep sending me emails more than once a day asking me to change my order which I don't want to do as I only like one of the drinks. Diabolical misuse of a subscription service.

This is the second order issue I have…

This is the second order issue I have had with Tassimo.

I ordered Mochas only and they have just delivered a random selection of everything but mochas .

Email bounced back and unable to contact anyone today.

Last time the order was lost or damaged in transit apparently and instead of just resending the order they refunded and they made me reorder and I lost my discount code that was applied & i had to re-contact for discount refund - a complete faff and waste of my time when people who do online orders are pushed for time and / or can’t leave the house.

Please arrange to replace this immediately

Very disappointed again !

Avoid Tassimo

I bought a Tassimo Suny last March and had nothing but trouble with it, appeared to have an electrical fault, sadly had thrown away packaging and receipt. Bought another one one 31 August and again had nothing but trouble with it, luckily kept packaging and receipt and bought from Tesco. Avoid Tassimo at all costs

I have been conned

Ordered 7 Colombian coffees one Lor coffee and 3 creamer milks. When the order arrived no Colombian coffees. Rang up and they said out of stock at the warehouse. They said the warehouse should have let me know when I ordered but they did not. I only ordered because they sent me a 35% discount voucher but they are now going to refund me but the refund is a lot less than I paid so I am now left with 4 things which I would not have ordered if I'd known, which I have paid about £4 more than I can get them for in Sainsburys plus £5.99 postage. When I complained they said the warehouse worked out the refund so I asked to talk to them. They said that wasn't possible so I asked them to contact the warehouse to find out why I wasn't informed about the coffee being out of stock and why my refund is so low and they said they will sort it and let me know. Haven't heard anything since. Will never buy fro them again. Feel like I've been conned.

Terrible customer service

Had 2 packs damaged in my order. The milk pods had leaked and smell was awful so just threw them away after taking photos as proof. I tried contacting Tassimo but ended up giving up on the phone as still in a queue after half an hour. Filled contact form in for a complaint but got nothing back from that. Rang again this afternoon when I had an hour to spare. Went through 20 questions with the guy who sounded as though he had got out of the wrong side of bed and was rather abrupt and I felt he didn't believe me. I was asked how many milk pods in the pack were damaged and how many did i throw away etc etc. I said all of them as I would not want to risk any of them with them being covered in old milk that smelt awful. Was told I would get a refund for the items but I wanted him to just replace them but was told that is not their policy. I had the products using a discount code so now will have to buy replacements at full price which is not fair as I didn't damage them. I supplied photos and codes etc and pointed out the problem of their thin packaging boxes with no inner protection and now using amazon for delivery etc when i complained on the form but apparently they have a backlog of contact forms to get through so they won't have got round to mine which was sent over a week ago. I suspect the backlog would be due a lot of other customers complaining about the issues with them. That was my last order from them and will not use again.

No access to recycling

Lots of pod issues lately, but the worst was today.
Can no longer order recycling bags.
Chatbot completely and utterly useless so can't find a solution.
And they have suspended the ability to write a review.
I recently bought a second machine and am seriously regretting it.
Tassimo - to claim "TASSIMO cares about the environment." is a lie.
