My god, what a company!!
These scammers put their prices up them offer a promo discount. In less that a year the prices started at £4.50 and have been going up ever since to now £6.49.
They offered a 25% discount, so I ordered 10 boxes, they cancelled the order and told me to reorder but the promo changes to 20% scammers !!!!!
Too rich to care
Cannot be bothered to answer complaint about delivery which was left in the road at the end of my half kilometer drive. Too busy making profits from than caring about customer base. I'm boycotting them. I hope more people do the same
HORRIFYINGLY BAD DELIVERY SERVICE
If I had known TASSIMO used the WORSE COURIER THE WORLD HAS EVER KNOWN... EVRI... I would NEVER EVER have placed my order with them. I am truly sick in my stomach over this. Absolutely shocking! I am terrified that yet another delivery will be stolen. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM TASSIMO EVER AGAIN. ONCE THE PODS ARE USED UP I'M PUTTING A HAMMER THROUGH THE MACHINE AND TASSIMO CAN GET STUFFED!
Tassimo coffee rip off.
We used to love a midday cup of tassimo but now the price for a pack of 8 cappuccinos has gone up from £3.40 to £5 from Tesco so the time has come to put the Tassimo machine with all those other useless one day wander gadgets in the garage. An increase of 47% is just taking the pxxx.
Do Tassimo/JDE UK actually care about their customers?
Had a Tassimo machine for many years but dealing and/or ordering direct with Tassimo/JDE is now truly apalling. The coffees we prefer are now rarely available from JDE UK but clearly available on their European sites and several 3rd party UK sites. They send us vouchers which are then mostly useless in UK. I recently had a fairly large voucher and, for the first time in ages, they had two of the coffees we prefer 'available'. Ordered them but now stuck in the EVRI 'your delivery has been delayed' loop yet again. Using Coffee Direct is a good alternative to this shambles.

Very poor Service.Set Up a Monthly Subscription With Tassimo first order was ok.. 2nd order all my stock was out of stock. Spoke to very rude Customer service Agent who couldn't give I dam if I got my order or Not. Please be aware of the Subscription Plans
NOT impressed
NOT impressed! Ordered the subscription service, went to the incorrect address. Asked Evri to redirect they said to contact Tassimo, Tassimo customer service said they couldnt do this I had to ask Evri! What a joke. After 10 minutes of trying to explain to Tassimo that Evri told me to ring the sender, Tassimo said I would have to cancel my order, get refunded, then reorder again to have it sent to the correct address.
When I told them I was not happy with this as it was a subscription and the first time I was using them, I got put on hold then cut off! Called back and surprise surprise the offices were closed.
Nice one tassimo, you have lost a first time customer, I will be applying to my bank for a refund. Seeing these reviews it seems you don't care either way.

The worst company I've dealt with
We've had a Tassimo machine for over 3 years and, whilst the coffee is very good, JDE's service is appalling - coffee out of stock, vouchers don't work, poor delivery times and increasing prices. Although some varieties are available in the supermarket, they are not the ones we drink.
So we thought we'd get a L'or machine as we could use any Nespresso compatible pods and the larger L'or pods, to give us more flexibility of supply.
On 27 March I tried to order a machine & pod package, but the L'or website wouldn't accept any payment option - 3 cards & PayPal - from me. Customer service were useless and said it was a problem with my bank - what all of them?? Finally on 28 March we set-up an account in my wife's name & the order was finally accepted. It appears that once you have an account with Tassimo, you can't have an account with L'or - very strange.
On 30 March I received notification form Evri that they had my parcel, but no delivery date. On 5 April we contacted JDE, who said they would contact Evri. On 6 April JDE emailed us to say that they needed 48 hours get get a response from Evri! We phoned JDE who said that it looked like Evri had lost the shipment and offered us a refund, which we accepted. It seemed that JDE customer service don't care if they lose customers - obviously less hassle for them.
So we have ordered a coffee machine from one of their competitors and will never buy from this appaling company again.
If I could give zero stars, I would.

So wish I’d read the reviews here before ordering.First time ordering with Tassimo , having registered my machine. Same story as pretty much everyone else Evri failed to delivered… 1) items didn’t arrive at depot on time. 2) sorry we missed you, when I was in 3) courier had issue finding your address ( unlike every other courier, Amazon & Royal Mail who have never had any issues finding my house) Tassimo virtually impossible to contact so will raise a dispute with my building society and order via Amazon in future.lesson learned

This is the first batch where the milk pods taste like a skinny mix.

Never received order
Ordered some drinks end of February received an email confirming order dispatched. Tracking status on Evri website still says parcel not yet received in the Evri network. Obviously not sent. Emailed Tassimo got no response. Had to get refund through PayPal. Terrible company do not use them.
Another non delivery!
Ordered 4 march. Have been tracking for 10 days and noticing it said evri still expecting it. Got a refund after I contacted them yesterday to ask what's going on ! Never even thought to check here! Wish I did before bothering. So the £20 they give you for pods is absolutely useless as you'll never get the pods. ordered from Amazon now. Shocking customer service.
Bad experience twice in a row
This is the second bad experience in a row. JDE/Tassimo failed to fulfil my order. Never handed it to the carrier this time but took the funds immediately.
When I contacted them they didn't reply, then they removed their online customer concact facility and customer services telephone number from their contact section resulting in a lengthy search to find a way of getting in touch....I've finally received a disinterested reply with an offer of a discount code for my next order (really?) and a refund in 5-7 days time. I've been a customer for 10 years plus.
I would recommend not buying from this seller, there's no longer any customer service or integrity.
Do They Even Care?
I’m on subscription, and I got a new credit card. I can’t change the details online, I message Tassimo and eventually they reply with ‘Try again in a few days’ but it NEVER works. That’s if they even bother to reply. I’m now 2 or 3 deliveries behind. I am looking to change to Lavazza. Do Tassimo care? Apparently not….
The quality of the Costa coffee pods…
The quality of the Costa coffee pods has declined drastically, also the quantity, from 16 to 12 pods and the price has increased.
Could understand if TASIMO had a faulty batch of coffee, sadly this is not the case.

Been using their machines and coffee pods for a very long time now. Would like to mention this to them directly, but that’s not an option by phone.
The coffee has declined in quality, out of a box of 16 American Smooth on average 3 are discarded and tipped down the sink - not consumable.
The cost has rocked from reasonable to outrageous and quite frankly not an option for me anymore.

Yes! I made the same mistake, I purchased tassiomo online. Don't do it. Buy from a high street outlet. You have more guarantee of warranty with your purchase. Tassimo are uncontactable online. Their virtual assistant said I as number 1 inline to speak to a human. That was 2 days ago. They offer you the deals then you are unable to have them honoured. STEER WELL CLEAR!!!!
Terrible communication
I bought a Tassimo My Way 2 coffee machine from their website which has a water jug with a Brita filter, with an LCD indicator to show how much use it has left. The indicator was not working. My wife phoned up customer service to tell them and they agreed on a full refund. However, afterwards I received an email promising a replacement jug instead. When we asked when, we got no reply, they ghost you and have no culture of trying to help. Further phone calls resulted in further promises for a manager to call back. Initially we were told that would be within 48 hours, which we already found unreasonable. The next person we spoke to said it would be a week. Managers are very thin on the ground, it seems
Why a manager anyway, can't normal staff process a refund? Maybe they don't actually give refunds, I see no evidence that they do.
But they have to, that's basic UK consumer law and distance selling regulations, your choice of refund or replacement and the sooner you report the issue the more weight your request has.
Now they will not respond to email. I sent them a final email setting out what I expect from them and if that is ignored I will ask my card issuer for a chargeback.
I would advise people to shop in the real world where you can take things back. The guarantee here is no use if you can't communicate with them.
