First time I got through to Switch 2, within 6 minutes, I’m normally waiting 15-20 minutes.
The customer service agent I spoke to was very helpful and quick in her search. Came back to me with further news.
I was impressed with her politeness and and how she helped me.

Great customer service, just some technical issues
The only issue I had was just initially trying to reach the number. It failed a number of times and I’m pretty certain it wasn’t an issue my end. However once I got through, the service was very easy and straightforward and very helpful

Setting up direct debit
I called to set up a direct debit. The wait time was a bit too long but once connected the service was fast and efficient. The agent offered the opportunity to have a fixed payment which I did not know about.
Having a call system notifying of the wait time would be helpful.

Good service but unable to make an appointment even though I received an email 4 days ago asking me to call to arrange an appointment. Slightly frustrating but the customer service was excellent nonetheless.
