Sports Direct but more expensive

I was charged £5 delivery for a pair of trunks (£24) which had Sportsdirect labels - with marked prices less than what I paid (£17). Customer Services unwilling to give an money back. I will not be using again.

Not what it used to be.

I placed an order on 28th Feb it has still not reached the collection point and I cannot find a telephone number. It turns out its a sportsdirect company, if I had know that I would not have ordered as they are trhge worst company under the sun. I dubmitted a case and tehy said they were looking into it (7 days ago) nothing further from them.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER WITHT THIS COMPANY IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO RECIEVE YOUR GOODS

The website is in disarray. I have used Swimshop in the past and found them very good but now they seem to have lost the plot. Trying to order Speedo swimming trunks and, given that I cannot return them if they are the wrong size, I am unable to work out what size to order. The ‘size guide’ pages are unhelpful if they load at all.

Took a week to send the order. Hermes say they have delivered the parcel, the shop it was being sent to have not received the parcel, no phone contact numbers for the swim shop and just a robot at Hermes telling me my parcel has been delivered. Obviously Hermes have lost the parcel or it's been stolen. Will never use again.

SCAM- IT’S SPORTS DIRECT! Argh. Ordered a swimming costume with next day delivery only for it to be delivered via Hermes’ Two-day, three days after I ordered it. The swimsuit is not as expected from the photos and they now claim to not accept any returns on swimsuits. Appalling. No way to get in contact, half the website links are dead and the returns form PDF is for a different company (Flannels).

NEVER order from here it took 3 months for my swimsuit to arrive and when it did It was awful. The material is to thin to wear out in public because you can see through it and there is absolutely no padding. There are strings hanging from it and it is only made of one layer of very cheap fabric that looks to be the material of liner inside running shorts. Stay away from this site as I will never be ordering from them again!!!!!

If I could give Swimshop zero stars I would. Despite a really high delivery charge, my order never arrived. There is no one to contact and nobody responds to the online contact form. I will not be buying from this company again and will be reporting this as a fraud.

Impossible to contact - does customer service department actually exist? Website just send you around in circles. No telephone number - will not be using them again.

Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional 'customer 'service' actually, no customer service at all. I will NEVER EVER deal with these people again always assuming that they remain in business. I have bought from Swimshop for years and all was great until this firm bought them out. It's almost like dealing with a dodgy market trader! Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Ordered a womens competition swimsuit at a cost of £150 and paid an extornionate £4.99 postage. I received a MAN'S swim suit and it has cost me £7.50 to return the bl@@dy item as I needed the full amount covered by Royal Mail's insurance.
Ihave requested a full refund of the item, delivery and return postage but I'm not holding my breath.

Incredibly poor customer service and there is no phone number to contact them either. I bought some trunks for my son and Swim Shop sent me the wrong size. I contacted them with photos of the trunks and the label and they said they would respond within 1 to 3 days. This hasn't happened. I was hoping that I wouldn't have to pay the postage to send them back, but it seems as if I am going to have to due to no contact from Swim Shop, despite me mailing them. I will not be buying from this company again after this shoddy service. There seem to be lots of reviews saying the same thing. I will be contacting Trading Standards about Swim Shop.

Ordered a swimsuit size 10 (34) for daughter and they sent a size 30.
Like people have said no phone number and they charged £4.99 delivery! If I could actually speak to someone on the phone to ensure they sent the correct size in exchange but don't trust them after reading the reviews. Fingers crossed I get a refund. I'm guessing the reason for the bad service is that it appears to be part of sports direct! Had I have known I wouldn't have ordered from them!!!

My parcel from Swimshop has gone missing. Hermes who they use will not deal with me direct so I have to go through Swimshop to sort out.
There is no way of contacting Swimshop apart from email, so despite ordering with them 10 days ago no sign of my goods and a very slow process to try and sort out. I email and get a reply a few days later just telling me it has been confirmed delivered. Well it hasn't thus me contacting them. I ask them of proof, who signed for my package and where it has been delivered to. I get a reply 5 days later telling me it has been delivered to a flat and to chase around for it basically. There are no flats where I live so Hermes are liars. So another email sent saying this is not possible and they need to raise a complaint to Hermes. I am now asking for a refund as I needed my items by the weekend. I will have to source elsewhere. I know we are the age of the internet, but please have a contact phone number as I feel I am banging my head against a brick wall. No way of contacting Swimpshop to get a direct answer quickly. I will not order again from them for this fact and also the fact they use Hermes as a courier. Utterly useless.

This outfit doesn't have a clue. Stay well away! They dont care, don't respond and have no idea about customer service. Pathetic

Ordered a swimming costume advertised as size 12 (which I am) it is a training costume ,so you have to step into it and pull the straps up etc, it was impossible to get the straps up and over my body, so totally useless. Send it back yes of course, m complaint is it was wrongly advertised and not a size 12. I paid £4.99 for them to post it to me (which is 4 times what it cost them and then £2.90 to return (as I made the package smaller but fatter) Their response, some sizes do vary but tough you have to pay to return it. Would I suggest you try them, No Way their sizes are up the creek and they p and p is over the top. Complaints not deal with well either

I had a email on 13/03/2017 saying they received my returned order but still have not received my refund it is only £20 and can understand why. I have since emailed about 4 times and not 1 reply. I would advise no one to buy from this site.
