Im Shop top - am Telefon flop.
Fahrrad sehr gut vorbereitet. Der Mitarbeiter war seeehr freundlich und hat geduldig alles gut eingestellt und erklärt.
3 Sterne, weil ich herumirrte, in der Bestätigung E-Mail war Abholung am Opernring 1 bestätigt. Nach einigem Suchen dann die im Web angegebene Telefonnummer angerufen. Die Dame war sehr nett, wusste allerdings auch nicht, wo der Store ist. Nach Blick in Computer fand sie die Adresse. Sitzt ja auch in Amsterdam - frage mich, wie das Service aussieht, wenn man ein Problem hat ... der Shopmitarbeiter hat mir dann alles erklärt.
Letztendlich alles bestens. Bis auf die Vorderbrfmse, die kaum wirksam ist. Aber Rücktritt funktioniert gut.

Alles gut
Alles gut. Der Auftakt zum neuen Radeln ist gelungen. Wir hatten einen feinen Sommer mit den swapfiets Rädern. Einzig der montierte Korb war mir ein bissl zu schwer, wenn der Einkauf drinnen ist, wars ein bissl komplizierter zum manövrieren, dann habe ich es geschoben. Sonst perfekt. Danke.

Shop Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich; Ausleihen und Rückgabe sehr einfach; Telefonisch sehr schwer erreichbar, Rad mit Gangschaltung für lange Strecken ungeeignet, Schaltung hackt immer wieder, Fahrkomfort eher gering
