hello I have an account with yall I had this survey on my account that timed me out but won't go off my account it keeps timing me out

This is by far the worst survey site I have ran across!! Don't waist your time! They do not allow you to redeem your earnings, I reached out to customer support and they blocked me from further attempts.

I use several survey sites and when I first signed up for this one - over a year ago, I was able to quickly accrue points. The value for doing a survey was above average, so I thought I would really like it.

Then, I hardly ever had surveys offered, or when I did, I never qualified. It took me over a year to reach the $15 threshold to cash out.

Then, when I tried to cash out I kept getting an error message. I did contact support and unlike others, they promptly fixed it and I was allowed to cash out. I'm just not sure I see the point of continuing with this site as I don't think I'll ever be able to get up to $15 worth of points again.

SurveyByte has good payouts on their surveys. I had a problem cashing out my earnings and I emailed customer service and they got right back to me and actually had an answer for me! Then I was able to cash out and pick a giftcard out of a really big selection of cards. I would definitely recommend taking surveys on SurveyByte!

Emailed about a problem with redeeming my points and received an immediate response and the problem was resolved. Excellent customer support and I was very appreciative.

I've been doing surveys and research for tasks, assignments, all that good stuff for years now on the net and I have never encountered a company so wonderful, so honest, dependable and trustworthy like SurveyByte. The staff is accommodating and welcoming. They offer high paying surveys that you can cash out when you meet the minimum $15 and money is guaranteed if they ever have a challenge with the system. Rest assured that not only is your money safe but they're working on it and consider you a VIP Priority. SurveyByte rocks and is very considerate, very professional and well worth your time so definitely should try them out. Btw, I was not paid or compensated in any way to leave this review and if I had something to say about a company but I believe in all my heart was true whether negative or positive I would definitely say it. Don't waste your time. I completed enough surveys in order to redeem the incentive. Don't worry, the website won't allow you to do so. Oh and don't bother trying to contact support. They don't respond to your questions. I filed a complaint with BBB and even they weren't able to get a response from this company and help remediate the situation. Stay clear of this complain and their claims!

My experience with this website has been nothing short of horrible! On January 25,2023,they sent me a fake gift card and as of today have still, despite numerous promises to correct this, not given me a real gift card.

I use a lot of different surveys site and am familiar with Tango, a rewards incentive company which many survey sites use to fulfill rewards. When I redeemed my Amazon gift card from Surveybyte they initially sent me a Tango link to an Amazon gift card with a code containing the word "test" in it, upon trying to redeem it Amazon confirmed the code was invalid, I contacted Tango and explained the situation and they verified that Surveybyte only ordered a test gift card, and sent that to me, rather than a real one.

I contacted Surveybyte and their representative responded to me on January 26 to assure me this would be corrected "in a days time". 4 days passed and I contacted them again on January 30 at which point the Surveybyte representative gave me a nonsensical and strangely worded story about "technical issues" and how I could "access the platform for redeem" and that my "credits are secured and proven with old accounts". This badly worded and strange response is when I realized I nothing would be solved.

I waited 9 days more before asking about my incentive and when Surveybyte was going to correct the situation of sending out a test gift card rather than the real one. I was informed on February 8 by the Surveybyte representative that the "team was working on it" and that they would get back to me "ASAP". It's been 12 days since then. Meanwhile they are still sending me emails to take more surveys on their site. Absolutely shameful!
