I love this site! High paying surveys that you don't see anywhere else! Also customer service is amazing! They respond within the hour and sometimes a lot sooner! They have tons of gift card options to choose from.

Worst survey platform ever. You are screened out of every survey before you even enter your data. Their website logs you off randomly and I’ve not made one cent because every one of their surveys is closed!! Massive waste of time, awful website and likely a scam

They got back with me pretty fast

Opened account last year and did enough in short time to accumulate $8.50. Then of course no more surveys months later. You need $15 to get cash out, so basically screwed. They probably got enough information to sell. I have complained before and been basically given a line of bs. I deal with 3 other sites and daily have surveys. So they probably don't have clients. I requested closure tonight.

Doubt I will ever reach the $15 cash out threshold on here. Limited survey opportunities and conveniently always screened out. Another useless survey site at least for my demographic.

I first learned about SurveyByte a few months ago and decided to give it a try. They have lots of surveys I'm eligible for and continue to earn credits which I am able to redeem for my preferred gift cards. The surveys are interesting and easy to complete. I would highly recommend SurveyByte to anyone considering this research panel.

At first plenty of surveys, and easy to pass, once I hit $10, they stop sending survey invites. I log in all the time and nothing. They must love ripping people off, they make tons of money from you, and you never get to the $15 threshold to be paid. I swear I hope they go bankrupt, crooks in my opinion.

My experience with them have been great I emailed with concern and got a prompt response.

Ich wurde im November 2023 eingeladen an einer Nagellackstudie teilzunehmen, doch für den Empfang des Paketes soll ich nun über 50 Euro an UPS bezahlen! Ich habe mehrfach an den Support geschrieben, doch hier wird man nur hingehalten. Es erfolgt bis heute keinerlei Unterstützung!

Great customer service they took care of the problem that I had in just a few minutes

good website pays ok but you just have to wait quite a while for pending points to be credited

No matter how many surveys or product testing I did. My reward amount stays exactly the same. The surveys and products are legit. But I’ve yet to to compensated by surveybyte for completing them. Do not use this site as there are better ones out there that have NO MINIMUM and compensate you immediately.
