i was having a problem redeeming my points and was surprised with all the assistance i got to help me correct my problem. i was able to redeem my points satisfactorily and i am very pleased.

This panel is wonderful. It gives a lot of diverse knowledge of surveys. Very interesting

The surveys are sometimes still active and when you try to redeem,it says exactly that,but you can contact support and they are quick to respond to your inquiry and fix any issue with the site.

It's an excellent and trustworthy site. The support team responds extremely quickly and makes instant payments after point redemption
However, it takes too long to confirm the points

I finally made it to the $15.00 payout on 5/9/25, however, it's still pending as of 6/20/25. I have other ones that are pending as well. Emailed Customer service to get status. Waiting on approval..once and if I get paid, I will update.

I received an email that the company have sent them the approval. So I now have my gift card and that was an easy transaction. I must say, whenever I sent an email, I always received a quick response. So will I stay, not sure..

I have earned points to redeem. But when I go to redeem, they will not let me redeem. When I try to contact them, the e-mail is returned. Another dishonest survey site. Avoid like the plague.

Warum, weshalb, ich habe nichts bestellt also zahle ich auch nichts.
Den Support erreicht man nicht mehr.

You know you can trust them when they have removed every way to contact them on their website. I have tried to ask them many times to explain why they have not paid me and I get NO response. Then they removed the way to contact them.

Leider ist es auch mir so ergangen - Ich habe auch an einer Nagellackstudie teilgenommen und an UPS knapp 47€ an Zollgebühren gezahlt. Der Support sagte mir, dass sie das Geld an mich zurücküberweisen würden und bis heute ist nach mehreren E-Mails nichts passiert! Das Ganze ist nun schon über ein halbes Jahr her.

I want to thank Amelia for helping me reset my account and show me the true value of the surveys completed and approved. Fast and efficient. Other survey sites customer service is not as quick. The surveys pop up frequently, so one needs to check the site frequently too

ich habe an einer nagellack studie teilgenommen, dann bekam ich eine Rechnung für Zoll und Transportkosten über 48,50 €, die wollte man mir per Paypal erstatten, das war im November 2023, bis heute keine Rückerstattung eingegangen, dies ist Betrug, ich kann nur warnen vor dieser Marktforschung. Hier wird man übern Tisch gezogen.

I never saw frauds like these before. Reached $17.55 after 18 months first no surveys,second they don't credit points on time third and most important thing that when you reach threshold of $15 or more you will not be able to redeem your reward. Send N numbers of email but they will not help you there app don't have option of paypal to redeem points. In app you are going to redeem your reward on top it's showing denomination in rupees and bottom it says $ so no chances of getting reward. So it's my request don't fall in the trap of these scammers and don't waste your time try using other market research company which are legitimate and pay for your time and opinions.

They respond to emails very quickly and resolve the problem just as quickly. Thank you for that.

Very good experience with customer service just 10 minutes ago.Asked a question about pending credits,was approves withinn 5 minutes.That was fast

I really enjoy the SurveyByte site and have had a lot of success with higher paying surveys. Surveys don't take a lot of time and effort, a plus. The email reminders/invitations are great. Don't forget to check online regularly to see what surveys are available. Very responsive to my emails with positive support.
