I've purchased two different pieces from this site on two different occasions. I would recommend to friends. Do your homework to compare prices, but I feel both orders were great savings and easy to order.

I ordered a carry-on suitcase for a trip two full weeks in advance and still did not receive it in time for my trip. The product to one week just to ship and over a week to get to me. Customer service was useless and had no information for me regarding when to expect delivery of my item. I got this email for a survey and I hadn't even received my product. Overall bad experience. Never again. Lesson learned. I will be returning this product whenever it finally gets here

After much searching both in stores and online we found what we were looking for within our price range. The transaction was painless, and it arrived in the time they said it would. Why did they ship my order on Tuesday if I placed the order on Sunday?

I purchased luggage $100 cheaper than anywhere else. I received it faster than I expected. Quality product from a quality retailer.

I ordered a piece of luggage from them that they indicated "In Stock". After a few days of no message regarding shipping, I called. They said that they had the item and it would ship "today or tomorrow". I waited. I called again the next day. Same story. I waited and still no shipping notice. I called again and was told the item would be in at the end of the week and that they were sorry for the inconvenience. Finally, someone called me and said the item was backordered by the manufacturer and it would not be in for three weeks. The order was cancelled and they refunded my money. However, I had to an extra $20 to get the item from another vendor. Great prices, but they don't deliver and do deceive.
