My original order was not delivered. Turned out the courier was at fault. Subtel contacted me and offered to send me another one. They did. So top marks to subtel. Impressive customer service.

I ordered an Alcatel mobile phone…
I ordered an Alcatel mobile phone battery from these people. I got an e-mail from the courier saying it had been delivered, but it had not. The courier took a picture of the front door that he had delivered it to, and it was not my front door. I contacted the courier company, and they said this was the postcode they had been given, and it was down to the sender. So I telephoned Subtel in Germany and explained that they had put the wrong postcode on my item. They said their was nothing they can do about it, and I would have to order it again. I am a disabled pensioner trying to get a battery for another pensioner, and this is how this firm treats you. I have ordered it from someone else now. Be careful dealing with these people.

When placing the order you put 2GS although it should be 9QH.

Ordered two batteries . Wasn’t sure if it was a UK company but - it didn’t matter . Communications was excellent - postage was prompt , items look of good quality and work well. Can only speak as I find - and I have been very pleased with this.

If I could give no stars at all I would.
Having ordered a battery for my TomTom Go 5000 on 14th May from Subtel, it was not as advertised, the correct one for my machine.
I watched an online video on how to remove the old battery and gained the exact details of the correct battery.
I returned that first one and, as I needed to use my Sat Nav, I re-ordered one with the exact number and description needed. I had now paid for both batteries.
When the second one came it was nothing like the correct one pictured on Subtel's site being tiny and wrong in every sense.
I rang the company and was told not to send that back but to send photos of the one it should have been and the one received.
I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING SINCE, NO APOLOGY, AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND FOR EITHER BATTERY.
I have since bought the correct one from elsewhere.
This matter has been ongoing for over 5 weeks now. The cost of both batteries and return of the first total £49.90.
