This is a scam company. I’ve always had extremely good service from DPD and I don’t think Subtle uses them. I was told I missed my DPD delivery but received no notice at the door, Subtel said the parcel was delivered to a holding station 1hrs commute from where I live - again a scam no one leaves a parcel for collection in London on the opposite side of the city. subtel have stopped commutating and have not reimbursed my money. Do look at the distribution of reviews of this company, the number of 5s and 1s is very unusual. I would believe the 1s! It makes me think that the 5 star reviews are not real! In response to the comment from Subtel below - it is dated 28th June nearly 30 days after delivery - it is now 16th of July and no further correspondence - so this is getting so late that I don't believe they will ever refund my money - over £30 waisted!

Replacement battery for my Garmin Edge arrived as promised. Would have preferred a product made in Germany or at least outside China. The label was on the wrong side of the battery which could have been a bit confusing but other than that all was good.

Subtle also known as Cellonic are a very efficient company who provide excellent products such as batteries and battery chargers. I have purchased two such chargers in the last two years and they are excellent and reliable. Their chargers also give a digital reading so we know how much of a charge a battery is holding at any given time .They have a large stock of batteries and chargers for many types of electrical goods which in my experience are as good if not better than original brand names .

So glad there are companies like Subtel out there. I have a expensive Logitech mouse and the internal battery was failing. The OEM replacement battery was nearly £50! Subtel supplied a quality replacement for a third of this and included a complete tool kit to change it! I can't fault the service from order to delivery.

Battery order not delivered to my address, not the company's fault. Subtel offered a replacement or refund. I accepted a replacement. Good company and offer a 3 year guarantee on phone batteries and the like. I will buy from them again.
