Your response to my original review is inaccurate. Edwin the driver knows exactly where our premises is as he came once and we were out, he has also been here many times before. This was a redelivery and he left the depot without the item. This has occurred before and you apologised last time and said it would not happen again. I think this is a warehouse problem? Fyi this is your inaccurate apology - you couldn't even get that right! It is correct that after I kicked off to head office I did receive my parcel at the end of the day.

Have had an account with streetwise for a number of years in various companies
compared to other courier companies we have held accounts with their customer service is second to none, they are a pro active company that make you aware of any issues(if there are any) before they occur
would recommend and will continue working with these guys

Wasted two whole days waiting indoors for a collection that never happened. No apology from Streetwise, just blaming different depots and trying to bounce me around.

I have been using Streetwise Couriers for about a year now. I am a small customer and I send packages to the UK and occasionally overseas. I have been delighted with the service. The people are friendly, the packages get collected on time and I have had no problems with delivery. For overseas deliveries, Streetwise have helped me with the export paperwork and I have had no customs problems. Their rates are competitive too. Highly recommended.

We have been using Streetwise (as our local agent for both APC and UPS) for a few years and are very pleased with their service and support.

We have been a customer of Streetwise for a number of years now and have always enjoyed good customer service from the team, in particular Craig and Sue always do a great job for us!

As one of Streetwise Couriers customers I use their services daily, on multiple occasions normally. I find the staff, particularly Dave, Danny and Simon very capable and extremely helpful. If I have any unusual delivery requirements Anthony the Depot Manager /James Assistant Manager are both very accommodating and will go the extra mile to help with what I may need. Great company to work with. Highly recommend.

We moved to Streewise Couriers last September and haven't looked back. We've had next to no issues, and the few that we have have been handled quickly and well.

Craig Cheeney has been an absolute star. He is efficient, courteous and wonderful to work with. He responds promptly and politely. Things don't always run smoothly in life but I know 100% that he is always there to assist and support our business and gives his all, each and every day. I am huge supporter!

Delivery should have arrived yesterday on their 24 hour service.
48 hours later they can't even locate the package and advise me of a delivery date.

Reg goes out of his way to help. Small company Big heart would recommend to anyone

Connor mundy has been instrumental in streamlining operations for my diy pizza kit delivery business.
From onboarding a couple months ago to now he has helped me every step of the way.
I am assigned a friendly local APC Courier who comes promptly everyday to collect my parcels and makes sure they safely reach the depot. I am given a portal in which i can live track every single one of my deliveries.
The work APC do for me really take a huge stress off my shoulders. I can not thank Connor and the team enough!

in my case customer service have been unhelpful and are not proactive in helping customer issues. management are somewhat elusive and you cannot get in contact them

my delivery via streetwise was carded and failed twice even though i was home all day (we are in lockdown, where else would i be)

the product arrived faulty so a collection was arranged via streetwise the collection process has been worse than delivery, 4 failed collections later im still waiting for the product to be picked up and my refund processed. no initiative or help from customer services at all, just repetitively and robotically confirming the same info from their system.

i also manage in distribution/client services and the level of service i have received is shocking, i can't imagine for those who also have to deal with this company. i understand things inevitably go wrong from time to time, but how your service agents deal with a client and attempt to provide a solution to the problem at hand can really turn the client experience around and leave customers happy even if firstly they experienced issues - but not in my case, the laid back approach and unhelpfulness only aggravated my situation more. one assistant mary, was the only person willing to help and actually made a positive contribution to this terrible service but the other assistant Toni C was prudent, very rude, lied on occasions and sorry to say undeserving of a job in such times. in such troubled times, business and workers are able to give and maintain excellent service - why can't you?.

I have been using and dealing directly with streetwise couriers through my organization for about a year now.

As time went on deliveries started getting more and more delayed and no discount was ever given even though we were paying for over night deliveries. So we were paying over night charges on many of our deliveries when they were being delivered up to 5 days late.

There was a separate occasion where I was send pictures from a user receiving a delivery where the item was actually opened up and then very badly repackaged without any protection at all. The package itself also had clear water damage and was delivered days late and it was a miracle it was even still working based on the condition it arrived in. We were never given an explanation as to why our package was opened by their employees on this occasion.

The last straw for us using them came about when we sent an item to one of our users and the delivery was a complete and utter balls up.

There were 2 items sent at that time and the one item was sent to the other address while the other item was completely lost.

This was November last year! I got in touch with our account manager who then got in touch with the manager of customer service and was told nothing but excuses, no solution provided, no reason for the fault. Just told they were still looking into it.

We at that stage moved to a much more reliable service called city sprint which I can highly recommend. We left the case with them until this week and then got a bit tired of not hearing anything back from them.

I simply cant believe how bad the customer service is that they lost a R1000 pound item and made no effort to contact us for 3 months let alone come up with a solution to the matter.

I would highly advise anyone looking at using them as a solid delivery solution to stay far away unless you enjoy sleepless nights and lots of headaches.

My company has been using Streetwise for 15 years.
I'm not surprised there are some negative comments on Trustpilot, as the very occasional glitch gets a fast and upset response.
Please accept this as a very sincere UNSOLICITED response from a long standing customer, and of course I'm always in a hurry because that's what the overnight parcel business is all about.
This firm is really good.
The staff are professional and friendly.
Vehicles break-down, deliveries get mis-directed rarely...but my company has sent thousands of parcels with them, and the service is very very good.

Timed delivery not on time, simple query was met with rude response, excuses etc etc.
Appalling attitude deserves to go bust.
Do not use.

Use this company at your peril. They supposedly offer a service to collect your package the same day with next day delivery. You pay for that service and they do not turn up. So I used a more reputable company instead at the very last minute. It cost me more money but I would rather pay more for a quality service than deal with a company like streetwise couriers.

You would be silly if you use this courier service. The first time I used them and they lost my parcel. Can I get any information out of them after 10 days? Not a shed of information about my parcel and why they have lost it. They are a joke. Keep well away.

We booked through Interparcel for a next-day delivery.
Despite two phone calls when we were assured the package would be picked up, ONE WEEK LATER, nothing has happened.
