Always able to get collections and apart from breakdown delivered on time

Streetwise Couriers provided an excellent service, and went over and above the service that was expected. I was kept fully informed regarding the delivery schedule, and when I was unable to be available on a weekday to receive my delivery, Clare very kindly arranged for the driver to deliver on a Saturday, which was such a huge help. There was no charge for the delivery, and the driver was punctual, courteous and helpful.
My parcel was a large heavy item, which he very kindly carried inside for me.
I am genuinely impressed, and have no hesitation, in providing a 5 star review.

After I unfortunately missed the original delivery, Toni managed to sort out redelivery and kept me updated all the time. And the very obliging driver brought the stuff into the garden where I wanted it.

Excellent customer care after a temporary mix up over two missed deliveries. The customer service representative at Trust Pilot, went over and above, by calling the driver to see if they would re-try the delivery, and then calling me back to confirm the new shorter delivery window. The driver ever so kindly re-delivered the parcel on the same day, after their main deliveries were finished. I am so relieved that my parcel was not inconveniently sent back to the sender and that the matter was so expediently resolved with such candour empathy and humour.

As i paid the extra to get the next day so should off turned up on the 14th then look to be told the 15th and then get told now its going to be Tuesday why did i pay extra and you cant ring them . Office is always close absolutely terrible service really unhappy dont pay for next day as it dont happen and they dont want to give the extra back either.

Package said was delivered the picture wasn’t even my address. Terrible service

Arrived 6 days early, without warning - arranged for delivery two days later when i was at home (on a Friday) didn't arrive although email confirmation. Now been told delivery following Monday when I suspect nobody home.
Ridiculous, why ask for a delivery date when you are not in any way, going to meet?
Useless.

Misplaced parcel due to a vendor address type-o (not the courier's fault). Streetwise responded in about 2 minutes to my enquiry and sorted the error - very impressive service.

These past 6 months APC had messed up a few of our deliveries badly, our Company cannot trust APC anymore, we have to send our employees to our local post office to post our smaller packages, Your Driver Sasi is very good, your Customer service Toni is also very helpful. unfortunately we lost trust with APC's delivery method, we already a few customers because of your APC messing around deliveries.

I have worked along side Streetwise now for many years they are efficient very professional and very friendly. No job is too much for them. They will follow every job through to the end. The staff are amazing and very patient with me when I have a lot of jobs to be collected. Every department UK overnight, Sameday and International all top notch in everything they do for us at Nelsons

I have used them a few times and have found Streetwise Couriers consistently excellent! Unlike so many other courier companies that are dreadul, or at best adequate, Streetwise are professional and have great customer service. Everything that has been delivered to me via Streetwise has come hassle free. Very highly recommended.

The map with the van location and live tracking is great and really liked by my clients. The customer service team are very helpful at resolving any issues. Been using these guys for years and happy to continue doing so.
