Car wasn’t valeted as promised which is a poor show considering service & MOT cost £700.

Invoice stated 81,000 service but it was a 41,000 service.

Have to trust that correct service was done.

Poor for a JLR dealership

Mercedes Leeds is always a problem with communication and you always need to chase people for everything. Last service I was kept waiting for longer than out any updates and I have to chase twice.

Also a car wash is average service as it left marks uncleaned inside.

I liked their interest in the customer and contacting him to tell about the malfunctions and the cost to her before starting any work, and this is an excellent thing from the company .

I recently purchased a new car from Mercedes Benz Ipswich and was very satisfied with the customer care and service. Ian Roberts from Ipswich Mercedes made the whole process very easy and memorable. Would highly recommend.

Great customer service from Corrine and the car was in excellent condition. Smooth experience from start to finish—highly recommend!

As a returning customer I can only advise that you need to try Mercedes Benz Glasgow, from start to finish I was fully updated throughout my cars service on where it was at and how long it would take.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. spent thousands of pounds to find out i was sold a dangerous and unroadworthy car. no one gets back to you taking this to the ombudsman and higher up.

I was dismissed with no interest during a power upgrade question I tried to ask.
I wasn’t told how I can get my recent service record updated for my records?
When it came to payment time the email prompt said I could pay at the dealership, upon arrival it was asked of me to make a bank transfer, which I couldn’t complete due to the lack of phone signal at the venue. So I eventually was able to use a card machine, which was successful! Never experienced this much difficulty in making a payment before!
There was one chap who I liased with at the end who seemed nice and helpful when I had a query regarding my service work, so that was a positive!

What an awful experience.
First and last time I will ever use Audi Bolton.
I went in to look for my next car and was approached by a man that was sat on the front desk as i was looking at an A1 in the showroom. I was explaining what I was looking for and what i wanted to pay, all the while he was looking me up and down like I was a piece of meat.
He made me feel so uncomfortable, when I was already  male dominated environment which for a young girl can be daunting. Some questions I found to be very personal and in my opinion completely irrelevant to me buying a car.
His mannerisms and demeanor were unprofessional and the reason I will never step foot in there again and why I will warn other young female friends not to go there in case they encounter him.

The whole process went perfectly. They took great trouble showing me the differences between the new RS3 and my previous one and could not have been more helpful with everything
