Stonestore Recenzje

Had a couple issues and everything was resolved, never judge a company on how well it does, but how well it handles issues - 100% will use again. Jamie was especially helpful

Easy to order, arrived when planned and the quantity was right! Nice and easy and a good service!

Very happy with the tiles (Charterhouse Grigio) and the customer service at StoneSuperstore is EXCEPTIONAL. Rebecca could not have been more helpful and responsive within every communication we had - I would highly recommend this company!

Iv used a lot of tile places and this is by far the best company Iv used . The service was incredible and very reasonably priced. I will definitely use them on my next job.

Fantastic customer service from Matt. We love our tiles and he helped us when a small issue occurred.

The sent me 3 free samples (all lovely). I chose the one I liked the most and they sent me the product fairly fast. The tiles are lovely and look amazing in my bathroom. Communication was great too.

Just received another delivery from Stone Superstore and I can’t fault the company or service.
I am now using them for all my development work, excellent product range at competitive prices and quality of product is very good.
Hannah was fantastic and helped me get everything together as it was a multi product order. Thank you Hannah.
Goods arrived as requested with a pre-delivery phone call from the driver 45 minutes before delivery.
I am going to visit their shop in Wilmslow to see all the products on offer for next development.
Thanks

The website is well structured and clear. An online calculator that ensures you purchase the correct amount of tiles. Hassle free samples, hassle free ordering online and super fast professional delivery. If you have any questions you actually get a human being interacting with you which is a rare luxury. A brilliant one stop shop, high quality products, fair pricing, great service absolutely recommended!

When my paving arrived a few had been broken in transit . I spoke to Rebecca from stone superstore and she was brilliant in dealing with the problem and had replacements delivered to me within 48 hrs . Amazing customer service and will use again

The service was amazing, the quality of the paving is brilliant. Was so easy to get exactly what I wanted and it has transformed my garden. They offer such a range of choices and was good to see them all to know exactly what I wanted. staff were lovely and always on hand to answer any questions and ensure it was a smooth process.

All transactions have been great. Matt a great asset to your company

Great company - ordered 50 sqm of Luxor Beige for my outside paving. It has brightened up my garden and looks super smart. Rebecca in the customer service team was super helpful in answering all my questions - thank you!

Customer service is fabulous! Contacted them for advice before ordering patio stone, directed to a product I had not considered which looks amazing now it's down. I needed to return the grout, as landscaper used his own. Service to support return of the grout was great and the refund was processed quickly. Would highly recommend, Jamie was lovely!

I cannot recommend this company more highly. From our very first enquiry requesting samples to reimbursing us for a couple of broken tiles after delivery, every single interaction (and there were lots!!) was first class .....oh, and the actual tiles we purchased (Stamford limestone) are of excellent quality, were easy to lay and look fabulous if you are looking for a rustic finish to a country kitchen.

Honestly from the beginning to the end brilliant experience. From choosing the tiles and getting our samples to ordering bigger samples which we only paid for delivery and even that was very reasonable to finally ordering it all and getting it delivered. Service was honestly painless and we had lovely Rebecca help up through it all. Will definitely use again and would highly recomment 👍👍👍

Very happy, good price, delivered quickly

Absolutely fantastic service, hassle free and efficient. I was 7 slabs short, when going back on the website to order more it appeared they were discontinued and no longer advertised. I called the company and spoke with Matthew P. He was brilliant and quickly checked if any stock had been held back, he explained that they usually hold some to cover for breakages and exactly my situation. Within 10 minutes I had 7 more slabs sent out next day delivery and batch numbers checked to ensure they were exactly the same. Would highly recommend.

Great customer service and choice of tiles. Went above & beyond with our enquiries

Tiles were exactly as we hoped and priced so well compared to others. The team were really helpful and thankfully local to us so allowed us to collect some tiles when we had to reorder a few extra. Our friend loved our tiles so much that she chose the same for in her house! We will definitely be using again for our next bathroom renovation!

Ordered the tiles in the sale, so had a bargain to start with. Delivery was on time and the driver was very helpful. We had 6 pallets of tiles delivered and they were very well wrapped up. On unpacking, we found that 5 tiles were damaged. On contacting the company, Andrea responded almost immediately and we agreed a refund rather than replacement, as we had over ordered a little. Brilliant customer service from start to finish, highly recommend.
