Stonestore Recenzje

We have bought from the Stone Superstore before and have been really pleased with them and their customer service. It was good to be able to see the stone on the floor and decide which one we liked best.

I would definitely recommend stone superstore. The branch in Wilmslow have been brilliant from beginning to end. I ordered beautiful tiles which were delivered to Liverpool, this was really straightforward and none of the tiles were broken. The shop and area are also lovely to visit to see the tiles in person also. Thank you to Dan for all your advice & support.

Beautiful amazing floor tiles. Everyone comments on them when they come into my home. Customer service has been really good too. I would absolutely buy from Stone Superstore again when it comes to my next project and highly recommend them. In fact I have to all my friends and family.

I really appreciate outstanding customer service, My Oder dealt by Ms Jamie and I had couples of broken tiles she took every effort to make sure it's sorted and helped out with confidence that customer has stress free experience buying from stone superstore online.. thank you so much

Beautiful Tiles, looks amazing in our space and we couldn't be more pleased. Super customer service and engagement, a wonderful experience.
We will be back for more!

Andrea from Stone Superstore was highly responsive and helpful. She deserves five stars! What was disappointing was the number of breakages caused by the delivery people. Altogether, we had nine tiles broken. This caused inconvenience, as I had to keep providing photos as evidence of the damages that occurred as the tiler took them out one by one. The tiler got concerned as he was anxious to get the job done. On top of that we discovered we were sent insufficient grout, so I had to pay for that at extra cost through Amazon. Andrea approved the replacement and included an extra two tiles at no cost to us which was appreciated.

Great company. I have ordered tiles for my bathroom, kitchen and utility from Stone Superstore, Matt who works for them has always been on hand to help me with any queries with a speedy and friendly response. Love both tiles we have ordered, delivery was prompt and packaged well. Definitely recommend this company and Matt and have shared details onto friends doing renovations.

Excellent customer service from Mathew Pedley. Really helpful and managed to secure the tiles I needed. Many thanks.

We purchased the limestone effect porcelain tiles from stone superstore as part of our renovation. We are over the moon with the tiles and everyone who visits comments on how lovely they are. We can’t wait to start the next stage of our project and will be looking at the matching outdoor tiles for the patio.

Great Tiles, a smooth process to order and delivered quickly, will definatly be using them again.

Fantastic service, high quality tiles and delivery. Highly recommend

There is no issue with the tiles we ordered, nor had we any problems with how quickly the tiles were delivered.

However, the two small boxes of tiles (in total 2sqm) have been delivered on this massive pallet. It looked ridiculous - two small and relatively light boxes (I could lift both of them in one go) on a massive pallet, which was easily 3 times heavier that the tiles themselves. Of course delivery company wouldn't take the pallet, so I had to saw it up and take it to the recycling centre. That totally spoiled my experience with Stone Superstore.

Prompt, efficent and friendly service

I recently purchased Avalon Limestone from Stone Superstore, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The stone itself is absolutely stunning – its natural beauty and high-quality finish have completely transformed my space. It looks even better in person than I imagined!

The customer service was equally impressive. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to ensure I got exactly what I needed. Delivery was smooth and on time, and the entire process felt seamless.

If you’re looking for top-notch products and excellent service, I highly recommend Stone Superstore. The Avalon Limestone is a perfect choice for anyone wanting a timeless and elegant look.

Easy to navigate website and place order. Great being able to order samples, to ensure we chose the perfect tile for us. On time delivery and securely packaged. We love how the tiles look in our garden, superb quality and exactly what we had in mind. Would absolutely recommend.

Excellent service, we ordered a lot of samples and chose the tile we wanted, delivery was fast and the tiles were gorgeous, we needed an extra tile which was sent straight away and the sales lady was friendly and efficient, would highly recommend Stonesuperstore

Good product, great price and great customer service, I can only recommend. From the sample ordering, to visiting the Wilmslow showroom and being flexible on delivery for 125 sq. m of tiles, Stone Superstore have looked after us all the way, even when we had to change delivery dates, due to our builders schedule changing. Mr G, Shropshire.

Can not fault this company. Very smooth transaction from start to finish. The original tiles we ordered were not available but a lovely lady contacted us to help us pick a suitable alternative. Communication was great, delivery was issue free & the tiles arrived safely. Excellent quality & after a lot of blood, sweat & tears by myself & my husband we have a beautiful, high quality stone floor that is the envy of everyone who visits. Thank you Stonesuperstore.

Great service! I was handled by a woman called Andrea, she was excellent
