Initially I bought a hat that didn't fit me in size and I had to exchange it for a larger size. It's just that we had to pay for the shipping from Romania to you with the promise that when it arrived at your place you would refund our money for the shipping. This is partially true. I paid 720 lei, and you refunded me approximately 100 lei. From my point of view, you should have a contract with a courier company and stop us as customers from paying for the shipping and then pay us as much as you want. I mention that I attached the invoice and receipt to the emails to you that prove the shipping price, but it seems that it was useless…… Shame

Loose thread
The hat I received had a bit of loose thread in the stitch that holds the headband on to the hat itself. Not a big issue, but quite prominent. Whoever packed the hat must have noticed it. 10 days after I returned it and 9 days after they received it at the uk hub there was no communication to acknowledge they had the hat. After I emailed them the communication was very good. Although I didn’t get an email confirming the refund. And there’s nothing on the order page confirming a refund. Also, it’s a bit frustrating having to pay the delivery costs when the item was damaged - even though the damage wasn’t great. I have 3 other hats from Stetson and I’m very happy with them. This experience was disappointing. 4 stars reflects my overall satisfaction with Stetson. It would be 5 stars apart from this experience.

Seul bémol : la livraison !!! La boîte était cassée et ouverte. Heureusement, la casquette etait intacte.
De plus, le livreur n a pas respecté mon adresse de point relais et cela m a donc contrarié pour ma facilité de réception...

Nous sommes en revanche désolés pour l’état du colis à la livraison ainsi que pour le non-respect du point relais choisi. Heureusement, la casquette était intacte, mais cela ne correspond évidemment pas à l’expérience que nous souhaitons offrir. Nous vous présentons nos excuses pour ce désagrément.
Shipping and communication is awful
Shipping and communication is awful. Over the phone they tell you no VAT will need to be paid, takes a week to actually send the item (this is the time they start their 3-5 day delivery timing) and then you get a notice from Royal Mail that you DO have to pay VAT. Slow and inconsistent.
2 weeks waiting on the parcel, and have just been notified hat I WILL have to pay VAT, eventhough the people at Stetson assured me this was not the case.
