I bought two caps but unfortunately the shipment didn’t arrive as planned. I contacted the Stetson team and the were very professional and helped out immediately and made sure I received my caps before my holiday.
I highly recommend the Stetson team and the caps are as always just spot on.

Ich bin von Stetson eine schnelle Bestellabwicklung und hohe Qualität gewohnt. Bei meiner letzten Bestellung musste ich jedoch feststellen, dass die bestellte Cap einen schiefen Aufdruck aufgenäht hatte. Auch beim nächsten und übernächsten Versuch war das leider wiederholt der Fall. Das sind nicht die Ansprüche, die ich an eine Cap in diesem Preissegment stelle. Da meine Erfahrungen sonst mit positiven Eindrücken verbunden sind gibt es hierfür 4 Sterne.

El producto, como siempre, es de muy buena calidad. El problema ha sido con la entrega. La caja estaba en muy mal estado. La idea era aprovecharla porque eran para un regalo y no ha podido ser así. No entiendo que ha podido pasar con el transporte. Me ha decepcionado.

Klasse Hut geliefert in ansprechender Verpackung und ja, er fällt auch wirklich eine Nummer kleiner aus - also ruhig eine Nummer größer bestellen (Korkband liegt der Verpackung bei!).

I have owned many of this style hat over the years and thought I’d try a ‘proper’ brand and I am very pleased I did!! Stetson is a proper brand and lived up to expectation!! Quality!!

Der Bestellvorgang war sehr einfach, ie Bestätigung meiner Bestellung kann sofort!
Nur die Info mit der Lieferdaten kam erst nach meiner Mailanfrage, aber nachdem die Lieferung angekündigt wurde mit dem Liefertermin hat alles geklappt.

The hat arrived completely crushed. I had to try to reshape it until it actually looked like a hat. Not to mention the quality of the material—far too expensive for what it is. A disappointment.

The hat is spectaculer but it is a shame that I had to Wait a month for it. This is my fourth Stetson hat and will surly remain customer of the brand. Probably more likely in one of your shops

Bellissimo cappello, ottima qualità . Ne ho altri e mi mancava quello estivo . Per me sono bellissimi cappelli per tutte le stagioni e le occasioni, ne ho usato uno in paglia anche per il matrimonio. Spedizione nei tempi e sicura. Consigliato.
