We stayed at 98/3 Orchard Brae. It is a beautiful flat located in a quiet neighborhood. There were all all necessary amenities. Communication with the managing company was smooth. I would recommend staying in this property.

A flat that offers all you need only a short walk from the city centre. It is located in an eclectic area with great eateries. Supermarkets are close by, the flat is comfortable and pleasant and I would stay again

Decent location
The location is good, uber is easy to use. Value of accom is decent. Some of the facilities in the accom are not the best, like kitchen stuff not there and unwashed.
Basic equipment is provided.
Good customer service incase of any queries

Lovely apartment
Lovely apartment, only a 10 min walk into the centre of Edinburgh, and Uber is only £5-£6 into the centre if you don’t want to walk. Apartment was clean and easily caters for 5 adults. Would definitely recommend for a city break in Edinburgh.

Great location and nice apartment
Great location and nice apartment. A bit tricky to get into, there is a knack to getting the key right which they could tell guests prearrival so they don’t get stuck outside as we did! But they were quick to respond and easy to contact when I spoke to them.

Apologies, communal locks in Edinburgh can often be tricky. We would love to replace and fix them all but we have to get all neighbours to agree and often they won't which is frustrating!
