StayManaged 

The most unpleasant experience with a company I have ever had.
Taking on their services I ended up handholding many of the aspects of property management during time. After a well structured complaint was put together and sent across to StayManaged this was simply ignored and debt collectors were summoned and I was bombarded with emails, not one addressing the aspects of the compliant sufficiently.
1.5 years after having been the customer of StayManaged (formerly AirManaged), making a public statement is damaging, however this seems like the best way to get a response.
I have held off for this very reason, I would quite like to see local Edinburgh businesses thrive, therefore I have attempted to resolve my dispute privately, however, now I must share this with potential customers.
As their customer they had bullied me without acknowledgement of any short fall in the service and I was relieved, disappointed but not surprised when this was trying to be taken to court.
I don’t believe I can go into detail for legal reasons now.
From my experience, they will not manage your property, the communication is non-existent and you will be left hand holding the property management across all parts of their service.
Save the headache and avoid this one.

As per the other reviews here, this one is responded to by StayManaged in a typical “customer is wrong” attitude as opposed to addressing flaws within the company’s processes first. Really unfortunate to see

The apartment is very clean and modern. Neighbourhood is quiet and the amenities are great. The location is very central and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

Beautiful AirBnB apartment managed by StayManaged. Check in instructions were clear, and the apartment was well furnished and spotless.

StayManaged were easy to deal with and we found the apartment to be clean and tidy with a well supplied kitchen. We had a little difficulty finding the lockbox on check in but other than that had no issues during our stay.

StayManaged manage the Airbnb that I have been staying in. They have been very helpful at giving us all the information that we need, and are always there if we have any questions. Would recommend.

Edit: We got the booking no 396428! Because of getting no answer or refound of the flat in Edingburgh, we ordered a chargeback.

Sadly they rent homes that do not exist! No answers, bad service!

Great location. Lovely flat. Slight blockage in sink that we had to clear out.

Flat easy to find in an excellent location. A few stairs to navigate but the flat itself is an excellent size and spotlessly clean. Highly recommend
