Scammers.
You are literally not able to log into the game once you have forgotten your credentials.
Customer service not responding after two weeks, but they happily took subscription payment for the game im not able to play.
Avoid.

Not happy that I pre ordered ff7 rebirth from the companies store and if I had ordered it from Amazon or game stop I'd have it by now. As it stands it looks like I won't be for another week after release. Should have been shipped so that I received it on release day or close to it. Not week plus later. Do not recommend pre ordering from them and will not be doing it again myself.

I was hoping to play FF7 Rebirth today but I wont be because I ordered directly from Square Enix. Last update I have is that UPS has my package and it's in Las Vegas as of 2/25... 4 business days of absolutely no progress or updates. Good thing I didn't take off of work or clear my weekend in order to play this game. Shipping things on time is hard. They also took away all of my reward points so that's cool too. What a great way to reward your loyal customers.

Customer service and/or log in security is absolutely ridiculous. I have been trying to log into my account for two hours; I couldn’t remember my password or ID so I had my password reset and afterwards the issues continued to spiral. Instead of letting me use the ID or the email I have it kept forcing me to use the ID, but I couldn’t remember my ID and square enix wont let you reset it. Then I had to go down a rabbit hole to try and figure out how to find my account ID; and after I finally found it I tried to sign in again on the game and it said that my account had suspicious activity so it locked me out of my own account. Even though I have a security question that it never even bothered to ask me. So now I have to wait who knows how long just to get back into the account. Long story short square enix has very poor customer service and security settings, and their website and games are not customer friendly at all.

Franchement il s'en fiche des gens c pognon pognon il sorte de jeux (complet) sur une console la suite sor sur la console au dessus c qui me fait rire il on mi 4 ans pour le faire alors que c un remake donc logiquement la troisième partie sortira sur ps6 alors que se un jeux donc je remettrai leur sérieux en question a Sony et square enix surtout qu'il on déjà u un problème similaire qui l'or a valu un procès a croire qu'il aime avoir mauvaise image et réputation

Sehr schlecht man versucht sich anzumelden, nach mehreren Jahren, dann soll man sich ein Einmalpasswort vergeben, und die schreiben nicht einmal wie das zusammen gesetzt sein soll.

Ich gebe es auf habe, habe jetzt mehrfach versucht erneut mich einzuloggen, nachdem ich mir das Spiel zum zweiten mal gekauft habe, jetzt nochmal auf Steam. Und Nüsse.

Coole Spiele, aber der Sicherheitsschrott nicht tragbar.

Bestellungen werden immer mit teurem Tracking verbucht. Möchte man seine Ware „schnell“ und nicht auf die komplette Bestellung warten (da z.B. eines der Produkte erst 6 Monate später geliefert wird), zahlt man auf jeden Artikel einzeln Versand. In meinem Fall Mal schnell mehr als 40€.
Dazu kommt, dass die Liefertermine nich eingehalten werden… ich warte auf 2 Produkte knapp ein Jahr. Und das Beste: sie wurden an 2 aufeinanderfolgen Tagen versendet… Schlecht organisiert!

Fazit: teuer, unorganisiert und man zieht dem Kunden das Geld aus der Tasche…

Vraiment site à fuire. Je le pensais fiable comme c'est de l'officiel mais je me suis trompée.

They are a joke. My hubby and I stopped playing years ago and we STILL keep getting charged $77 and $100+ every 6 months for the two of us. We go in and cancel the subscription and STILL get charged. It's like they renew the subscription on us I don't understand how this keeps happening. And there's no refunds, good luck even speaking with someone. This company is a virus and has cost me hundreds of dollars after I quit playing the game completely years ago.

Horrible, preordered 6 items and when the last one was released, they didnt have two of the items. So I lost them. The answer? FU

This company is trash. Any of their apps u have to pay for or free. Doesn't matter if it's a game or tool. They literally produce trash. How are they still around

Lied to regarding an order, delayed shipping(game was released today but they havent shipped yet), Prices higher than regular retail stores and exclusives not being quite a exclusive as they claimed. I won't be purchasing from here again. Most lilely will pursue a refund via paypal

Do not buy from their US online store. They have no customer service phone number, just some interns who answer (or don't) email. If you think you can secure items by preordering them, you're wrong. They will allow preorders to go out of stock and not tell you. If you try to do a charge back they will ban your account. Buy literally from anyone else but this store. Even their Japanese store with a proxy is better than their US store. This has been going on ever since FFXIV launched and despite constant complaints about it they have not changed anything because they only care about customer service for their Japanese speaking players.

Sérieusement, en 2023 vous osez encore avoir ça ? Un site des années 2000 avec une lisibilité médiocre ! Et votre lanceur de jeu, je ne sais même pas si on doit en parler tellement mes yeux saignent.
Avec toute la tune qu'on vous lâche depuis les tous premiers FF, vous avez uniquement engraissé vos actionnaires ?!
