I ordered " our chioce 2oz silver coin" what i recieved was all 2 oz 2023 sabre tooth cat. I called sprottmoney they never returned my call. 20 of the same coin i was expecting various coin type.

First time buyer...I wanted to order a simple 1oz silver eagle coin for a gift CAD$134 and they are charging $30 for shipping within Canada. Called their Customer Service and they would not waive the shipping charge for a first time buyer. I cancelled my order and deregistered my newly opened account. Competitors Kitco and TD Metals charge no shipping.

Once my credit card was verified the delivery process was trouble Free..I received my one ounce silver coin on time and perfect service... thanks so much for your help

The ordering process is so easy. Paying through e-transfer was simple. The product was shipped quickly and delivered in days.
There are no extra costs like shipping and insurance charges.

Sprott Money is very dishonest about their product offerings. The Royal Canadian Mint 100oz silver bars I received looked nothing like the picture.

Their website displays a picture of the new design, but when I received my order, they were the old design and quite tarnished.

I sent pictures to the company indicating the issue and they immediately updated their site with the following disclaimer:

"Please note that this product may take up to 4 weeks to be shipped.

Please note that these bars may be older design bars and come in tarnished or various conditions.”

Furthermore, the disclaimer is not available on the main page, the product can be added to your cart and purchased without ever viewing it.

All precious metals exchanges list both the old and new Royal Canadian Mint designs as separate products. The new design is a more premium product and commands a higher price.

Sprott Money offered to "make it up to me" only if I purchased MORE products from them, claiming that they would give me a small discount for the inconvenience. Needless to say, I will not be dealing with them anymore.

This is not the first issue I have had with the company. They also botched my secure vaulting services when I originally ordered silver from them. There was a long delay getting the order, so I decided to pick up the silver in person at the vault. I never completed the secure storage service documents and even talked to them about it, letting them know that I would not be going ahead with the service. My credit card was billed the very next month for silver that was not in their vault, and I didn’t even own. Absolutely radicicolous! The company did refund the money, but it seems that they don’t even know what they have in their vaults.

...if it was possible, I would rate them less than one star!!!

Quick delivery. Packaged safe enough. I was hoping for bars to be included, or a mix instead of 5 of the same coins; it was a "sprott choice" order... so I got whatI ordered.... was just hoping for variety.
Would certainly order through them again.

Couldnt have been more of a mess around. Both my credit cards cancelled and my bank frozen. Cancelled my order as noone coukd give me a direct answer about anything that transpired. Never again

They were responded timely and professionally to my queries. The shipment arrived quicker than I thought it would and well packaged.

This has been hands-down the worst purchasing experience I've ever had. It started with them nearly loosing my payment entirely. I made a purchase on the website but it was not recognized. I immediately emailed, called and left messages but absolutely nothing was returned. When I finally got a hold of someone on the phone, I was given assurances such as they would get back to me within a certain time period, or that it was being actioned on already when in fact it wasnt. That they would be able to process the order after confirming my funds. That never happened. When speaking with a different a department and another rep the same thing and experience happened.
I spent the next 2 weeks chasing them across email, chat, and phone. Not a single promise was kept. Zero follow-up. Zero action. Terrible inter-departmental communication. Just endless excuses. Hilariously one time i was told after being strung around was the one guy in the department was on vacation.
In the end, after almost 3 weeks of stress, wasted time, and worrying my money was gone for good, and simply trying to purchase at good time they still couldn't complete the transaction saying prices had changed too much and that i would have to redo the process. When asking how I theoretically would do so I could avoid this happening again i wasn't given an answer. Their internal systems were so broken and their staff so disorganized that the deal simply fell apart because of their sheer incompetence. I eventually got my money back but the damage was done. Never again. If you're considering buying from them—don't. Save yourself the headache, the and frustration or even the risk of having funds lost. I strongly urge anyone reading this to steer clear. There are plenty of other competent dealers out there. This is not one of them.

They took my money. Canceled my order and took about 2 1/2 weeks to return my money. I even spent over a half hour on the phone trying to get the order fixed and they couldn’t pull it off. I cannot recommend this company.

I haven’t recieved my second item and no one has replied to my message via phone calls.

I ordered 4 Silver Mapleleafs random year which according to the description were to be pre 2022. However what I received were 4 - 2025 Silver Mapleleafs.
Also the delivery by Fedex was totally a sham. The were to deliver Tues Jan 27 (there was heavy snow) the driver did not even approach the door, only took a picture of the house from the road. If he had come to the door he would have seen the notice I left that I would be home in Thurs. Jan 9. Wed Jan 28 came again, only took sideview picture of the door. If he had come to the door, he would have read my notice about being home Thurs Jan 29 was still on the door. Thurs 7am I get a text they will try delivery on FRIDAy Jan 30. WTF?

Not on any occasion did the driver put a note that he had tried to deliver, only a picture the next day, each time never approached the door proper.

I ended up driving to Whitby half hr away to make sure I picked up my coins. Never ship to me again by Fedex. This was the second time Ihad trouble with Fedex where they didn’t put any notices on the door that they had tried to deliver and instead returned the parcel to the shipper in Europe. Had to wait 2 months to get it back.

So in summary the order was not what I ordered and the delivery agent was a complete fail.

Amazing service and fast delivery

Sprott Money has a nice website, normally informative. What concerns me now is that deliveries are getting stretched out. You buy silver with no messages on it about "delayed delivery" So you pay up front and later in the day, an email comes out saying "Due to high demand, there will be delivery delays" Hmm, why not be up front and you can decide if you want to proceed. So this makes me concern. Does this mean that there is no 100% guarantee of delivery? Looks like the "Comex"
