Trust the process, have made multiple orders in the past with Sprott Money

Great service and support, very quick response and delivery. love using Sprott and wholeheartedly recommend them.

I was first drawn to Sprott Money because of the reputation and trust I have in the Sprott name and family. It was my first time ordering precious metals online instead of in person. The website is easy to navigate, always has bullion from the big three national mints, with fair pricing and fast service.

The Sprott coins are fantastic, I would like a few more Sprott coin options, perhaps a Sprott bull/bear coin?

I would like to purchase/collect bullion coins from a greater number of national mints from around the globe although I can appreciate that sourcing them isn’t easy right now.

Price update is fast. Shipment on tome.

Great first time experience with Sprott Money. Easy to pay for the purchase and it arrived safely on time and was discretely packaged . Nothing bad to say at all .

The initial purchase process was fine. The CSR did a very good job until after the initial purchase. Their after sales response has been terrible and frankly, unprofessional. I was referred to a "higher level" manager who ignored my texts and email, promised to call me to rectify issues and never did . They have yet to refund me the $50 deposit which was promised. I asked if I qualified for the $500 referral fee and have no reply 3 weeks later for a simple yes/no answer. I was about to make a 2nd purchase, told them specifically I wanted to lock down price for 1000 silver coin buy but they ignored my request (probably b/c they saw the silver price was increasing dramatically going forward which it has) . This is totally unacceptable for a company with such a reputable pedigree. They probably think that if they ignore me, the whole mess would go away. This seems like another case of people being nice to get the sale and after that, they disappear. After spending so much money, you would think the company would understand that clients deserve prompt and satisfactory service. How hard would it be to pick up the phone, apologize for messing up and make right what was clearly, solvable problems? I will update this review if they ever decide to put the customer first and not their own interests.

The delivery seemed to take more time than I thought it would, and although I was home, they failed to deliver the first time, thinking I was not home. I suspect s/he simply didn't knock hard enough to wake me up. The notice said it would be held at Staples, but it was not available when I went there. They attempted delivery the next business day and I got it. I understand this is the delivery company and has nothing to do with sprott directly. Everything was fine from sprott's side.

Delivery was quick. Several of the coins I gave as gifts were stained. Would have been helpful to have received some info with the coins regarding care cleaning and storage.

I had known Eric Sprott for over 30 years. Not on a personal level, but on a business level as a financial advisor. I have always believed him to be an honest man. A friend of mine, and business colleague, brought Sprott Money to my attention. The process was efficient and simple.

I recently purchased a silver coin from Sprott Money and had an excellent overall experience. The ordering process was straightforward, pricing was transparent, and communication throughout the purchase was clear and timely.

The coin arrived well-packaged and exactly as described, which gave me confidence in the quality and authenticity of the product. Delivery was prompt, and the entire experience felt professional and secure.

I would not hesitate to purchase from Sprott Money again and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy precious metals from a reputable dealer.

Product Not in Inventory

Sprott listed a product for sale that they didn't have readily available. I placed the order November 27, 2025 and today is December 18, 2025 - I still don't have the product (Sprott has my money - I can assure you) and Sprott doesn't know when the product will be available.

The "icing on the cake" is that the product was to be Christmas gifts for my two kids and wife. This will be the last time I order from Sprott - there are far more reliable providers out there, don't use Sprott!

Tried buying silver, my credit union is not listed so attempted to get assistance on the process. I called sales, got Irene with the French accent and the typical dismissive attitude the French are known for. I also left a message for accounting and crickets, no callback despite follow-up request on their app. Still, they nickel-and-dimed me fifty bucks for processing. Avoid unless you like talking to walls and paying $50 for the experience.
