Og de kræver varene skal sendes retur til.. en adresse i Vietnam.. hvis jeg skal have pengene retur.. ikke til US, som ellers står som adresse på hjemmesiden.

Horrible communication and horrible shipping times. 29 days and I still don’t have my full order. I received a partial shipment but it was exactly the same merchandise. I would not use this seller……

Where to begin?...

First of all, after ordering, there was very little in the way of updates on the order. It also took forever for the order to arrive.

I will say that when the product arrived, that it did appear as shown.

Whether or not it was of any quality or not however, we'll never know. That's because what was supposed to be a men's 3XL jacket was actually more suited to be a boys' 3XL. I even had friends who normally wear XL jackets try it on and it didn't even fit them.

Thinking this had to be a mistake, I contacted the company to try to initiate an exchange, as I still wanted the jacket, but in an appropriate size. It took them over two weeks to get back to me.

When they did, they made me take pictures of measurements of the coat on three separate occasions and send them to the company.

After all of this BS, they finally ended up telling me that according to their specifications, the measurements are correct, so "the factory does not provide any support for this order. However, we will support you with a 20% discount code for your next order so you can re-order the jacket in the right size."

How insulting can you get? "We screwed you on your first order so here's a discount so we can screw you again"?

I, in no uncertain terms, let them know I had ordered the right size and that the error was in their sizing and that they were insane if they thought me or anyone else I can inform, will ever buy a product from them again.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! THERE'S A REASON WHY THEIR REVIEWS ARE SO BAD.

SCAM!!!!! The worst customer service ever!! They refuse to exchange for a larger size!! Their size Chart is at least 1 size smaller than they say. I even ordered up a size and it is still too small for my husband, he can’t even button it. He is a normal sized man with arm and chest muscle but not extreme. So disappointed! My husband loved the jacket and it’s really nice!!!! All we wanted was an even exchange!! Thanks a lot for nothing!!!!!! Donna W

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with, for an online shopping.
I ordered a jacket as a Christmas present in size men L. But their factory size large is more like a medium or small. The company refused to do a simple exchange or even a return.
This company is a scam, once they get your money, they are not willing to help or satisfy their customers in any way.

I wish I could give zero stars. Horrible company . I ordered 2 coats from them both in XL . 1 was fine and fit perfectly, the other was a small jacket with an XL label. I ended up giving it to my 12 yr old niece ( it barely fit her ) the company declines to do anything about it. That's fine, there are alot of other reputable companies online that I'll give my buisness to.

Es ist Ärgerlich, 100€ im Sand gesetzt. Habe eine Jacke in Größe 2 XL Bestellt und bekomme eine Jacke in Größe M, es ist der Reinste Betrug und Abzocke was da abgeht. Man müsste eine Interessen Gemeinschaft bilden und auf Rückzahlung der Gelder Klagen.
Nach 14 x Kontakt wurden ein gerade einmal 20 % angeboten. Chinesen können nicht die Qualitätsarbeit machen wie in Deutschland

I bought a Leeds United personalised watch for my husband. I am delighted with the end product. This company is so impressive, they give you a contact number/email to contact them. If you contact them they certainly sort any problems out can't wait to use them again

I bought a watch it was so good I ordered 7 more for family and friends. The staff are so friendly and know their jobs. Since then I've ordered 4 more watches and a quilt cover witch is brilliant

This company is no good at all. The watch I ordered did not work and I tried 5 times to send an e-mail to inform them of this but the e-mails came back as undeliverable. It wasn't a cheap item and I'm not asking for a fortune just my money back.
I wish I'd never used this company.

Ordered a product which never arrived from China. Told product had been damaged - stalling technique. Scam company. Avoid at all costs

Katastrophe! Ich rate jedem davon ab, dort zu bestellen... die Qualität (von der ich wirklich nicht viel erwartet habe) ist unterirdisch... ich glaube kaum dass weder Druck noch der Stoff selbst 1-2 Wäschen überlebt.
Die Größe passt gar nicht! Und ganz wichtig: Man kann es nicht zurücksenden!! Man muss dem Shop quasi einen Fehler nachweisen, z.B. bei der Größe "Beweisbilder" machen mit Maßband... und das für den Preis!!

As with Sandra I have sent photos of the items but not only are they the wrong size the quality of the items are appalling.
The email response from the agent or company support is not professional and I only wished I had looked deeper into the reviews prior to making my purchase.
I have contacted my bank who will support me to claim my refund as we all have that right within a 28 day period. Be aware they are stringing the time out with the measuring process to void that claim

Ordered a lovely jacket. Unfortunately it was too small do I requested a larger size.
I was told I would need to send pictures with proof that the size I ordered was too small based on their size guide measurements. I did this - showing that the chest measurement was 3 cm less than stated in the size guide.
I was asked for further pictures as my original ones didn’t show enough detail.
( I had also sent a pic of my husband actually wearing the item clearly showing that it did not fit.)
I have now been asked for more pictures using a ruler rather than a tape measure! They want pictures of of the whole item which I have sent but then you can’t see the numbers on the tape measure. I zoomed in and sent pictures of the numbers but then you can see the whole item!
This is still not resolved and I feel that it won’t be - the company are making the process as difficult as possible to put me off continuing with my refund request.
DO NOT RISK BUYING FROM THIS BUSINESS!

Seit 1 Monat warte ich auf Ware. Eigenartige Weise befindet Sie sich seit Tagen in den Niederlanden. Keine Aktualisierung. Das erste und letzte Mal bestellt. Ich rate : Finger weg von dem Shop.

Liebe Sportfans, passt auf bei diesem Anbieter. Er lässt euch nichts retournieren selbst bei Qualitätsmängeln, wie zum Beispiel nur halb aufgedruckten Vereinsnamen. Kommunikation eine Katastrophe und man wird unter Druck gesetzt. Entweder man soll einen Rabatt für die nächste Bestellung akzeptieren oder man bekommt nichts. Die Größen sind auch ne Katastrophe. Ich kann die vorherige Bewertung 100% bestätigen. Auch mir hat Paypal null geholfen. Angeblich habe ich die Aufforderung bekkomen nach China zu retournieren und da ich nicht rechtzeitig die Sendungsnummer geschickt, wäre der Fall geschlossen ohne weitere Möglichkeit den Käuferschutz zu nutzen. Ich wurde an den Verbraucherschutz verwiesen. 127€ für die Tonne.

Ich habe laut Webseite und Bilder in der Beschreibung eine Schwarze Jacke bestellt und gekauft - dachte ich jedenfalls und habe eine Kackbraune erhalten - stellen sich stur und behaupten das wäre Schwarz .
Ich hab sogar zum Vergleich etwas Schwarzes auf die Jacke gelegt , fotografiert und das Bild per Mail geschickt und die behaupten erst steif und fest die Jacke wäre Schwarz und beim zweiten mal dann , es wäre falsch belichtet .
Klar , die wollen ja auch ihre Kohle behalten und den Artikel nicht wieder haben !
Ich werde jetzt genötigt die Jacke auf meine Kosten nach China zurück zu schicken und auch PayPal hilft nicht wirklich weiter obwohl ich einen Fall eröffnet habe , auch die meinen ich soll die zurück schicken und evtl würde ich meine Versandkosten zurück bekommen - EVTL - Super Aussichten !
Wahrscheinlich wissen die Betreiber schon das PayPal nicht hilft und wähnen sich auf der sicheren Seite !
Ich nenne das arglistige Täuschung bzw Betrug wenn man nicht das bekommt was angeboten wird !
Also , ich kaufe hier nie wieder - wenn ich Schwarz kaufe will ich nicht Kackbraun bekommen !
Ich hatte auch 2 verschiedene Jacken gekauft und die andere ist bisher auch noch nicht angekommen !
Ob die wohl überhaupt noch kommt ?!

Edit : 11.01.2023 - die andere Jacke ist bisher nicht aufgetaucht - Verkäufer schickt einen Screenshot mit der Sendungsnummer und reagiert ansonsten Null auf meine Fragen
Edit : 26.01.2023 - die zweite Jacke ist immer noch nicht da , mir wurde ein Screenshot von der Unterschrift des "Empfängers" geschickt und es ist nicht meine Unterschrift - wird ignoriert , ich bekomme schon keine Antworten mehr vom Shop - PayPal hilft nicht da ich für die andere Jacke schon ein Fall geöffnet hatte und geschlossene Konflikte nicht mehr geöffnet werden können .
Das bedeutet die Kohle für die zweite Jacke kann ich abschreiben - knapp 100€ verloren !
Hauptsache der Shop hat die Kohle , ob der Käufer seine Ware bekommt ist denen egal !
Also - Finger weg wenn ihr euer Geld nicht verlieren wollt - hier lauert Betrug und Abzocke !!!!!
