I saw a hat that I thought looked cool and I saw I could get it in leather, oh that will be cool, took a month to get it and it turned out to be plastic. Plus it was shipped in a bag so it was all smashed and out of shape. Waste of 50 bucks.

Meine Bestellung ist nie bei mir angekommen. Obwohl ich das auch nachgewiesen habe, wurde nichts ersetzt oder erstattet.
Bei Reklamationen wird einfach abgewartet und nicht den Pflichten nachgekommen die ein Verkäufer hat.
Ich habe beim Transportdienstleister in Erfahrung gebracht, das die Ware nicht zugestellt wurde und der Dienstleister eigenmächtig den Empfang quittiert hat.
Es wurde trotzdem keine Sendungsnachverfolgung vom Versender beauftragt. Somit bin ich auf den Kosten sitzen geblieben. Sehr unseriöse Verkaufsabwicklung.

I ordered a hoody for my Dads 60th birthday, it arrived in good time. When it came the quality looked nothing like the picture, it looked like it was it was going to be typical hoody material but when it came it was almost like a football t-shirt material. I emailed the company and got no reply, so I did a claim through PayPal as this was the way I paid. When I did this PayPal notified them so they emailed me to say my email went in their Junk box that's why they didn't reply to me originally. As I did the claim through PayPal, PayPal said to do any correspondence through them... which I did. Weeks later PayPal said the company had won the case.
I contacted the company again and eventually they replied, asking for all the detail again. I replied telling them about how I felt it was misleading as the item I ordered doesn't look like the same material I received, I did also mention that compared to the 3XL hoody's my Dad already has this item seemed much larger (although, this wasn't my main concern, it was what it was made of) They just kept replying going on about a size guide and to measure the item and not dealing with my main issue. (I did question why a size guide wasn't on their website)
As this went on for nearly 2 months my Dad said, why don't I see I can get a smaller size and he would try and wear it over his leather bike gear when he goes out riding instead of wearing it as a jumper. I emailed asking this and they replied saying they can't deal with my case as its with PayPal! I replied telling them, 'no, the PayPal case has closed'. I never got a reply from this email and not heard anything since.
I believe I am in the right as the material of the item looks nothing like the website, I have screen shots of what I bought on the website and when I sent them in my case, the same day they took the pictures off their website, so if it wasn't misleading, why did they take them down?
I am so upset, this cost me £46.34 which, might not seem a lot but I am not flush with money and my Dad's big 60th present is ruined, he's basically got nothing off me for his birthday.
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Allerede ud fra at have læst jeres anmeldelser for jeg da dårlige tegn til at bruge siden. Ingen kritik eller lign fra nogle som laver dårlige anmeldelser giver jer selv rigtig dårlig omtale. Samt at I under jeres købe automatisk sætter ind at folk skal betale tips til jer også istedet for at folk selv kan læse og sætte tips ind hvis de føler for det. Virker flask og utilregneligt så jeg hverken vil eller vil anbefale jer til andre fra dette synspunkt af

Ordered a Harley Davidson floor rug. Came damaged and was very cheaply made. Wanted a refund. First the ask if they can send you a second one. Then they offered me 30% refund. When I finally wanted a refund, they said I must send it back to them. The address is in Vietnam and looks bogus. Originally package was shipped from California but it must be returned to Vietnam? They are a scam or just lack decent service.

Je n’ai pas reçu l’article commandé dans la bonne couleur.
Le deuxième article devait arriver avant Noël, il est arrivé le 28.
Le tapis reçu dans la mauvaise couleur est cher pour une qualité très moyenne.
Le porte clé c’est une honte : un bout de plexiglas minable avec une incrustation de logo, rien à voir avec la photo. Plus de 20€ alors que cela n’en fait même pas 5.
Malgré tout le service client m’a expédié un nouveau tapis dans le bon colori en moins de 3 semaines et un bon de réduction de 20% pour compenser le porte-clé.

i saw an ad on facebook and i was on the fence wether to trust them or not. I place my order which had a custom name inscribed on their product. I got several emails from them updating the status of my order along with a tracking number. the item arrived as described in less than 2 weeks. Great company to do business with I will be buying more from them

I ordered 2 hats amonth ago and I live one state over in Ca. and tracking says that it hasn't even reached the carrier yet if at all .It's a shame because I was ready to order afew matching watches that go with the hats I ordered and was also going to order a dozen shirts for the kids

Misspelled football it's says fottball. The model on line is also wearing a misspelled shirt however you can not see it clearly and the refuse to refund. Poor customer service and poor quality material.

Got it quicker than I expected. Looks great! Daughter is going to love it. It’s what she asked for for x-mas!

Ordered a 2X and it was a 2X for children

Shirts came in fast, looked exactly how they advertised and so far are holding up great!

It was an impulsive decision to order these shirts, but it was worth it. The print quality is really good, and the fabric of the shirt also feels high quality.
I‘m very happy and really surprised.
