If I could give these people zero stars I would.

It is now something like three weeks since my domain mail was last forwarded. I have lost both business and personal mail.

The auto and other responses refer to me as a valued customer. I clearly am of no value at all. They say they are correcting the position but, apart from denying me access to manage the account, have achieved nothing.

Do not even consider entering into a relationship with this firm. I will now actively start removing my domains to other hosters

Har været meget tilfreds kunde hos Speednames i mere end 15+ år for både min domain- & mail-hosting. I starten var det både et meget billigt og et meget professionelt firma - med en fantastisk support.
Sidenhen er det kun gået en vej - ned af bakke. Først steg prisen signifikant og sidenhen forsvandt den gode support.
I starten af 2018 gik tingene fra skidt til slemt, men efter medio november 2018 har jeg kun oplevet problemer - især indenfor mail-håndtering.
Mailproblemerne skyldtes, at Speednames anvender mail-servere fra NetNames(deres ejere - i mit tilfælde oplevede jeg at min mailtrafik blev sendt gennem IP: 185 26 230 65), som konstant er black-listet flere steder(især hos; backscatterer). Derfor er der ingen andre seriøse mail-providere på internettet, der vil have noget som helst med Speednames/NetNames mail-trafik at gøre.
Selvom jeg har foretaget utallige henvendelser til Speednames-supporten, så sker der absolut intet for at afhjælpe problemerne.
Jeg kan derfor kun tilslutte mig de andre Trustpilot anmeldelser af Speednames - skynd Jer at skifte langt væk fra dette firma, for Speednames er desværre gået hen og blevet katastrofalt ringe og tilsyneladende fuldstændigt ligeglade med deres kunder.

Speednames er gået fra et stabilt produkt til en katastrofe
Siden begyndelsen af 2018 har deres website ikke fungeret ordentligt og her i december 2018 er det blevet ubrugeligt.
I december har de fjernet al mulighed for at administrere sin mail forward og her i slutningen af december er deres MX server helt forsvundet fra nettet så man ikke får sine emails.
Jeg har forsøgt at kontakte support med 4 emails men der er ingen svar.
Deres website er så ufærdig at links til vilkår og support returnerer 404
Jeg har taget konsekvensen og har flyttet mit domain over til en anden udbyder. Det er slut. Speednames er ødelagt af nogle uduelige amatører der har overtaget firmaet og som ingen respekt har for os kunder der var med helt fra firmaets start.

Jeg vil på det skarpeste advare mod at røre ved Speednames. Og hvis du allerede er kunde og læser dette så se at komme væk

Har i 17 dage haft problemer med at åbne min firma mail fra speednames.com Speednames kan ikke gøre noget for mig telefonisk, de vil have at jeg opretter en alternativ e-mail, så jeg kan indrapportere fejlen (som er at speednames ikke genkender min bruger og/eller kodeord). Kundeservice kan ikke foretage sig noget, og jeg kan ikke få oplysninger til andet end deres e-mail support. Dette er gjort over 5 gange nu og problemet er stadig ikke løst. Det er nytteløst at klage til dem, da klagesager ikke vil blive behandlet.
Tak for hjælpen Adam fra Speednames du forstår dig virkelig på kundeservise. At man har så dårlig kundeservise skriger til himmelen. Mit råd her fra: HOLD JER VÆK FRA DETTE INKOMPETENTE FIRMA!!!
Flytter mailudbyder og domain.

Har i 2 dage haft problemer med at modtage mails fra speednames. Speednames vil ha at jeg opretter en alternativ e-mail så jeg kan indrapportere fejlen. Kundeservice vil ikke oprette sagen med mindre at jeg skriver til dem. Overvejer at flytte mailudbyder og domain.

Jeg har brugt Speednames i +10 år og altid været tilfreds. Dog er de gået fra at være en billig løsning til en dyr løsning. Og nu har min mail ikke virket i 17 dage, ingen response, jeg ringer og de lover at gøre noget ved jeg mailer og får hurtigt automatisk svar at de vil arbejde på det, men intet sker. Jeg skifter og opfordrer jer alle til at gøre det samme inden i får problemer.

Mit domain er automatisk blevet flyttet fra Speednames.com til speednames.dk den 1. Dember 2017. Jeg har siden stort set mistet kontakten til mt somain, adgang til mine mails etc. Support er ringe og deres handlingskraft ikke-eksisterende. Bliv væk, find et andet sted.

Repsektløst,

Min mail hos Speednames har nu ikke virket i to dage. Telefonisk henvendelse er til et callcenter, som bare siger at de vil ringe tilbage. Henvendelse på e-mail giver et svar som er fuldstændig intetsigende og generet.
Jeg har været kunde hos dem i mere end 10 år, men nu er det slut. Hvis det ikke virker i morgen så skifter jeg til et andet selskab.

Jeg har været kunde hos Speednames fra dets opstart. For 5-6 år siden steg det to-årlige beløb for mit familierdomæne fra 75 kroner plus moms til 585 kroner plus moms. Domæne administratorerne var tilsyneladende blevet enige om at øge prisen dramatisk. Nu (10. december 2018) er Speednames brudt helt eller delvist ned og efter to dage er der stadig ingen hjælp at få ...... Jeg kan ikke genkende det opstartsfirma og - team jeg mødte fra snart 20 år siden! Overvej ikke at bruge Speednames ......

December 2018 website and email not responding for weeks...

AVOID - AVOID - AVOID!
Double charging, unable to speak to billing department, totally non-responsive. Wrote a letter to chief executive at Canada House - no response. This company is stealing from our card accounts and we can't stop them because payments are classed as subscriptions. An absolute disaster. We had dealings with Netbenefit and Easily, and since being taken over by Speednames we have had endless billing issues.

UPDATE 8/3/19: now completed our claim through the courts and have a judgement in our favour. Will they respond? No they won't. Will they pay? I doubt it. Also just filed a report on Action Fraud site - maybe if enough people do this, these crooks can be held accountable.

We were with Netbenefit the predecessor to Speednames. Since the transfer to Speednames, it has been an utter disaster. Being charged for cancelled services, no responses from support or billing. Tickets closed without problems resolved, impossible to get through without spending hours on their helpline, staff who are vaguely sympathetic but then take no follow-up action and ignore subsequent emails. The worst IT provider ever.

They continue to charge us fraudulently despite the fact we cancelled all transactions. The US firm that supposedly took over are unable to access the old portal or know which services one has taken out or paid for, the old portal is still active and there is no way of deleting credit card details which we've now had to cancel.

They ought to be put in prison.

After dealing with customer service for over 2 months now, they still haven't given me my log in to MY account. Customer service just tell lies every time I call and promise to send me log in details, but never do. They don't reply to emails and there homepage is just a hoax. They couldn't care less about me as a customer so after 14+ years as a customer I've transferred my domains away. Don't waste your time or money on speednames.

We've had our domain for over 10 years and today it was suspended with no warning and no correspondence. I contacted speednames who asked for me to send verification of my identity in the form of company invoices, tax returns, HMRC correspondence, passports, driving licences, utility bills etc etc. This is a lot of personal and sensitive information and I question what they will do with it. I contacted my website provider who suggested I contact nominet who control all .co.uk domains. They were very helpful and for only £12 I was able to transfer my domain away from speednames to another provider recommended by my website provider. This was done in less than 2 hours and now back up and running. I would advise anyone having trouble with speednames to do the same -it'll be the best £12 you'll have spent!

An absolute shambles, they made a mistake with our dns records and I couldn't change them, after hours on the phone with support they managed to fix it only for them to "upgrade" the account and break it all again.
Completely useless

If I could give them no stars I would. This is without a doubt the most awful company I have EVER had this displeasure of dealing with. Please do not use them. They are currently holding 6 of our domains and after 3 months of trying to regain control of our domains have now stopped responding to my emails all together. Every-time I call nobody has a clue what i'm talking about and I spend hours on the phone explaining for them to tell me they are unable to help unless I send even more information via email. They have admitted they have lied to me and nobody is looking at our case. It is pure arrogance and blatant ignoring and act of ignorance. VERY angry customer who is trying to get away as fast as I can.

Very impressive experience that just once they charged money for change account information, then as looking for invoice, I had asked and transfer the same questions 3 times and finally got the correct invoice is 1 month half after
The dashboard has also show no domains which we had bought over 10 domains inside speedname, and one sudden we saw no domains list in the dashboard and funny thing is the list of invoice payment method is still there, unbeliveable, this is very scary once your site is going on live which has online payment and you have no clue what worst scenerio will be happend next

This company is a perfect definition of omnishambles. On 12th Sept I received an e-mail advising that they were migrating to a marvellous new portal. This was followed by another later that day telling me that I owed £13.49.
Problem. That could only be paid on the new portal. Next problem it was impossible to achieve this mainly because they didn't advise the parameters of the required new password.
They were impossible to reach by phone and on 18th they cut off my e-mail services so now impossible to reach them by e-mail. I even went to their registered office but could not gain access.
The only bright spot was that on 21st I finally, after spending hours on hold, made contact with Beverley who managed to get me logged into new portal and to set up a credit card to pay the £13.49.
New problem I could not settle this until the invoice was posted to the portal,that i was advised would take 12 to 24 hours to arrange. Why?
30 hours have passed and the invoice has still not been posted so I cannot settle and must remain without e-mail access presumably until Monday at least. They appear to only work from 9 to 5 on weekdays.
If you are a customer of this company be prepared to be treated with contempt.
