Avoid Speednames at all costs, this company is one of the worst to deal with. Never answer phones and vague answers to queries. At present without email facility and I'm having to chase them.
Now starting search to transfer domains and mails away from these people.

Extremely disappointed in this company. for ore than ten years they have received money for providing me a domain name. Now there is an administrative problem and I cant access either my account nor my domain name. They don't answer the telephone and reply on mails with vague answers only after weeks. Extremely unprofessional!

Unlike others I found the support team particularly helpful . It was dismaying to be sent an initial email that said my problem might be dealt with in 5 days .But in the event, a complaint lodged early on on Friday was resolved by the end of the afternoon . Email now working again. Thank you Tracy and Mike for your persistent help

1. Received an email saying my domain had expired.
2. Email says to call a Support number (+6562220105) to renew.
3. When I get through, speak with an arrogant CS staff who insists that I should have received the renewal email weeks ago. Told her I checked all my inboxes and spam... and I am responding to the only email I have received from Speednames.
4. After providing account authentication, she can no longer help (????) and insists I renew by sending an email.
5. The lousy Control Panel has absolutely ZERO options for self-help renewal. Dude, we are in 2021!!!
6. I am waiting for billing team to get back to me, but from the looks of the other folks who have fed back here, I am not optimistic.

I have dealt with a few bad registrars over the years but these are the worst. They fail to do the most basic requests and refuse to communicate on issue's months old, I'm continuously chasing for updates and being passed from one team to another. AVOID! I will start the migration to another provider this week for all domains.

If there is a zero star, they would earn it. They forgot perform an auto renewal on my account and i'm losing my email and my website is down. I reported in the morning and nothing was done. Operators are super rude and arrogant bunch of people.

Truly awful service. Never answer the phone, submitted name transfer form and no answer for 2 weeks.

Har januar 2019 opsagt mit forhold hos speednames og bedt om at blive slettet i deres register men får fortsat rykkere for en ydelse som de ikke har ydet
helt utroligt har skrevet 4 gange uden at de har slettet mig sidst nu den 26.1.21

Svindlere og tyveknægte. Burde ikke have ret til at formidle domæner.

used to be OK but they 'upgraded their service' and nothing works anymore, terrible service, I've lost a bundle of e-mails, no response from servicedesk.

Absolutely horrible company, stay away!

Since my previous domain and email hosts sold to speednames uk the service has become abysmal. They overcharge each time it comes to renewing and fail to answer any of my queries. They basically trade under false pretences and their financial actions border on criminal. Take my advice go to any other host service company - nobody else can be this bad.

I have never ever had such a bad Customer Experience. Never ever.
It is impossible to get hold of Customer Service.
Please avoid.

previously as IP mirror, their service is excellent but ever since it became speednames the service is beyond terrible. The operators are not helpful, cold, do not bother and extremely rude. I have the feeling of been "held randsom". For new purchase, you might want to think twice before engage them!

extremely poor. Disabled our account for no valid reason with no notification. This stopped the auto renew on our domain and we have not been able to use our domain for a number of days.
Spoken to support who state i must email billing as they cannot contact them and billing have no phone number.
No response for 4 days. totally unacceptable. avoid at all costs

Og deres telefon svarre ikke og det samme på mail? Er de lukket? 2 af mine vigtigeste domæner er udløbet og jeg har stærkt brug for dem.

Been with them for years (actually originally with Netbenefit who they bought out). Always been difficult to use as a non-expert bu in the last year they became impossible.
Then they cancelled my registrations due to their own billing error.
Then they didnt respond to emails.
Then they make it difficult to transfer out.
Finally I'm out and my new provider is streets ahead.

Beyond awful. Zero rating. Poor and irresponsible communication. Speednames just lost my website which was online for 20 years. No explanation no accountability. They are negligent and incompetent and I am amazed that they still exist, considering a huge number of really bad reviews and my experience so far.

They don't respond to emails, and they actively try to stop you from transffering your domain away from them. Stay away from this scam company.
