Our domain was suspended when auto-renew didn't go through. I emailed Speednames Domain Services and Tracy Spencer restored our domain in less than an hour. We greatly appreciated the quick support for such an urgent matter.

My domain was deleted as registration was not auto-renewed due to expired credit card and my oversight. I emailed Domain Services of Speednames. Tracy Spencer attended to my email and she restored my domain in less than an hour. She saved my day. Efficiency was superb. Keep it up. Many thanks to Tracy for her excellent service.

We had lost all our account information as the domain was purchased 8 years ago. The first person we spoke to wasn't ver helpful but we were then transferred to a more senior person who helped us greatly in getting back into our account and updating all of our info. He was extremely responsive and did a great job!

Depuis bientot un mois qu'il n'est plus possible d'envoyer un mail via le nom de domaine.
Speednames ne bouge pas c'est honteux ! où alors brasse de l'air.
Ils posent des questions mais n'entendent pas les réponses .....
Ce sont tout simplement des incapables et c'est toujours la même chose "on s'en occupe ...."
Jamais la meme personne, et aucune solution !

they have registration of my domain. i get no emails

Truly the worst company. Awful service for several year, eventually decided to go through the hassle to moving my site and they bodged the transfer of that too.

The single worst experience I have had in a long time and it’s risking by business. My renewal didn’t go through as it had an expired card. I’ve updated it notified ‘Billing’ my account is now blocked and I cannot get a response. Three days now no web site and no email. DO NOT TOUCH.

Som flere andre her - er der ingen respons overhovedet - hverken på fejl i deres system eller anmodninger om flytning. Selve navnet er åbenbart overtaget af ASCIO for nogle år siden - så, kontakt er måske den vej. Noget må være helt galt og spørgsmålet er om de er aktive.

Worst support ever, the phone numbers on the web page don't exist. They don't help via e-mail. I wont to update my payment, but it's not possible.

Ingen svar fra kundeservice. Ingen tager telefonen. Jeg måtte kontakte deres fader-selskab for at få flyttet mine domæner væk fra dem.

Extremely poor.
I cannot access the DNS service. Calling support, saying has billing issue and my account was disabled. However, I do not have any pending payment. Checked the all the invoices, all payments are made. The recent payment was just a few months ago.
Emailed the billing department 3 times, no reply!!!

Ich hatte das Hosting bei speednames.eu. Kundendienst inexistent, ignoriert Telefon, E-Mails und auch eingeschriebene Briefe. Obwohl, ich nun meine Domäne mit Unterstützung des neuen Providers transferieren konnte, wurde der überhöhte Preis abgebucht. Meine Erfahrung mit Speednames ist so schlecht, dass eigentlich eine Anzeige nötig wäre.

We have a domain in speednames, when I try to ask for support from them they end up replying there is payment issue in your domain. Please add payment method? Like tf man.. They aren't saying what payment is pending or what charges are overdue. They just too concerned to add payment method. Not recommended and they arent even replying now

Previous to my review on Speednames. I have now got my website back thanks to Nominet and have found a new registrar. Although they kept telling me to contact Speednames until they tried ringing them and understood. Nominet had my registrar at Ascio who said I was with Speednames. It took a long time to sort out so if you still have problems get on to them. I thought I might have to buy a new domain name at one point. Whatever problems they have had someone should be manning the phones full time to let customers know what is going on.

A positive experience than outlined elsewhere having been customers for several years. Just prior to yesterday there were issues accessing our domains due to DNS problems. Not great but appears resolved within 24 hrs. An email to support yesterday got a timely response admitting there were DNS issues, they were on it and hoped it was now resolved. Today a follow up email explanation about .eu TLD outages cause and resolutions with further useful suggestions on additional nameserver configurations to give spread resilience. Deserving a positive thank you feedback for a timely responses to a not so good issue.

The domain name servers for their various sites appear to have been knocked out temporarily. The website Intodns showed lots of red and yellow exclamation points delineating the problem. During the day today, these disappeared step by step as they worked on getting everything running again.
My e-mail address was out of commission for 24 hours but is working again. I would rate my other experiences with this company as neutral, while noting the many warnings here.

I am very concerned. The site and email service seems to be permanently down. Would welcome information on how to rescue my domain name.

All of our domains that registered with speednames.asia are currently down! I can't even reach them thru their hotline!!!

Speednames website now seems to be permanently down. Any suggestions as to how to rescue one's domain name from this dire operation?
