All very easy to arrange - no problems

All aspects of parking excellent. Easy to book online, number plate recognition makes entry/exit simple, car park clean, well-lit, well-signposted and above all convenient.

This service was appallingly flawed. I paid £143 for this service (Reference Number: BM276) to be told on arrival my details were not entered on the system. Eventually my details were found and not before I hade to suffer the anger of other motorists trying to enter the car park. Having spoken to the operative via one of the floor staff in the terminal the situation appeared resolved in advance of the return flight.
However, on attempting to exit the car park the same situation arose before the blunt and non apologetic operative found my details. Shameful and shambolic service-a return taxi would have cost me £90-unnacceptable!!

Booked for one week stay Sat. > Sat. in the short stay car park. Easy Access to parking, (Number Plate recognition) and not difficult to find a convenient bay. However on return, and exiting the car park, I got a bit concerned when putting my ticket into the machine, as it came up with an underpayment and I owed £240 before I could exit!!!!!! A quick call on the intercom to the attendant and it was quickly resolved and we were on our way. But still a bit of a shocker.

We arrived at airport short on time due to traffic jams on the M3; so needed to find the car park quickly. The signs for the main car park say 'Short Stay' and 'Premium' - I am looking for Long stay and paid extra to be close to the terminal - so is this right or not ?The instructions say don't press for a ticket the camera will recognize you - it didn't; I had to take a ticket. I tried the buzzer for help but could not hear the guy due to aircraft noise except to know that he did identify me from the car registrations. This was all very stressful - not what we needed at all.

The on line booking was easy to use with almost instant confirmation. On arrival parking was easy and the bus service to the terminal very friendly but most importantly ran as advertised.

The carpark is easy to find, there was plenty of spaces. the carpark was fairly tidy though it could have done with some weed control. The frequency of the shuttle buses was great. The staff on both the intercom at the parking gate and on the bus were both polite and friendly

We thought we got a bargain with a week's car parking (priority). Unfortunately on trying to exit we were charged a lot extra because the attendant said we had parked in the wrong section of the car park. This meant a delay as we didn't have our cash cards handy and was embarrassing infront of others waiting in the queue. Not sure I would use this service again!

Straight forward and easy to park, no hassles, airports just a stones throw away from the car parking by foot, pleasant experience.

Parking at Southampton Airport was easy to book, easy to find and easy to use.

Used the on line parking at Southampton Airport the number plate recognition is great. Buses to and fro waiting. Excellent service.

As I was travelling on a day trip I decided to use the short stay carpark. Everything ran smoothly and I was only 2 minutes from the terminal when I parked. It's definitely a service I would use again although for longer trips I have had no problem with the long stay carpark where the buses are more frequent than at Heathrow !!!

Booked parking early. Very easy done saved £10 or more booking online than on the day. Nice easy parking directions and quick bus pick up to airport terminal. Would use this service again for sure.

Booking the parking and the logistics of actually using the car park was extremely easy - I wouldn't think twice about using the service again and would be more than happy to recommend it to anyone.

What a fantastic service. Convenient and easy to find. No problems parking or leaving afterwards. Thank you for making the start and end of our trip easy and enjoyable with no stress.

Everything went smoothly. having pre-booked on-line. The car was recognised quickly on entry and exit and I did not have to wait long for the transfer to & from the terminal.

Being a disabled badge holder i find Southampton airport and parking excellent. With a very short walk to get to the departures, check in very quick and nothing but helpful staff i would highly recommend this airport.

Only hitch was that my reg. plate wasn't recognised but it was soon dealt with by the operator thro' the intercom system.

I drive a vehicle which is too high to fit into your set down/pick up area. Every other airport I frequently use {Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stanstead) is able to accomodate my vehicle, why not Southampton? I enjoy every other aspect of your very pleasant little airport.

I parked in the short-stay car park right next to the airport, which was very convenient. This option was only a few pounds more expensive than the long stay, but at £25.50 for less than 48 hours, seemed rather pricey! The parking bays were also very narrow, so I squeezed my car in between two others and was concerned it might get damaged when the other drivers returned (which didn't happen as when I got back, the same two cars were still parked snugly either side).
