Superb, I was able to relax and enjoyed myself
I was looking for a weekend away to relax, found the right place. Service was good, food was good, Spa was Super, views, birds just made me calm. I'm at work now its Monday and feeling so refreshed, ready for 2013 in special way.

Totally impressed
I was extremely impressed at the efficiency with which my booking was dealt with even withaat minute changes. The place (Dawson game and trout lodge) was truly spectacular, with great first class friendly staff and amazing scenery. The place is a true marvel. It was a wonderful experience my fiancé and I will never forget.

Exellant service
I have founded this company on the web. I asked them for a quote and immediatly I was contacted with price and availability. I have started making the payment for my booking and each time I am notified that payment was received and that I booking has been secured. I have received good service since first payment.

Unbelievable experience with these good people as soon as I sent please quote I was booked and if they cannot get you your preferred hotel they will source another hotel in that area to the same standard will never use anybody else from now on. Nuff said.

SA Hotels went out of their way to accommodate me where I was unable to organize anything suitable even directly with the hotel itself. My queries were answered immediately, professionally and entirely satisfactorily. I am very grateful for the assistance I received from SA Hotels. APPLAUSE FOR THIS SITE
If it's anything to do with giving myself a break or reward, I always leave things to the last minute. As always, at the last minute, my daughter & I decided we'd treat ourselves to a short, not too distant get-away. I was dismayed to find that every place I called was fully booked until after New Year. Then, by accident, I stumbled across the South African Hotel site! The staff (I dealt with 4 different ones) were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! I thought service in South Africa had completely died out.
I'm pleased to be proved wrong! Because of South African Hotels, we ARE going away, & are looking forward to some quality mother/daughter time!! Thank you guys for working your magic!

EDWARDIAN PORT EDWARD BOOKING
I was impressed with the fast notifications, but they were a bit demanding and threatening in their tone. Pay now or die approach is rather intimidating. Also full payment was demanded upfront. This seerms unusual as normally for holiday bookings, one pays the deposit and the balance later. It seems a bit one-sided approach. Anyways looking forward to the holiday and I'm sure all will be worth it!!

Due to the fact that we offer highly discounted rates, the hotels do require the full prepayment before the check in date. During high / peak season which runs in South Africa between November - April, the hotels are very strict when it comes to confirming and cancelling bookings based on payments received.
