Poor product/service
Before you buy an item in the music technology world make sure 100% there is nothing better closer to home.
I purchased a product from East West / SoundsOline. What i thought was going to be the Ultimate for its price but turned out to be less of a spectacular piece of hardware and not as cutting edge.
Hardly any instructional videos hampered any immediate use and eventually working out how to use the product revealed it wasnt as spectacular or unique as advertised.
Customer service/the company do not recognise disatisfaction with a product & there is no listening to request of a refund in any form whether full or even partial.
I will never buy from this company again & would advise others to be aware they could be inevitably be wasting money too.

Composer Cloud. PLAY ENGINE GUI
Customer Support is slow.
The Play Engine is very difficult to see, and no way to zoom in or increase the size of text.
The Browser is even worse. Modern GUI's should (and mostly have) an option to customize the interface. Play does not.
Furthermore, a black background, dark-grey text, is almost impossible for composers with eyesight accessibility issues, to see.
The licensing engine via the installer doesn't feel intuitive when there are activation issues.
If and when East-West Composer Cloud improve their PLAY GUI I will update my opinions to reflect this here.

Jeg købte deres store CCC pakke, det er et køb på omkring 8000 kr. Alligevel er der ingen service. Fx "glemte" siden, at den reklamerede med gratis levering. Da jeg reklamerede dette fik jeg blot nogle arrogante svar tilbage og ingen refund. Desuden bliver man løbende sendt frem og tilbage mellem den amerikanske og den europæiske side, hvilket gør det ret forvirrende.
Jeg vil klart anbefale andre virtuelle instrumenter, fx native instruments, hvis du skal lave dit første store køb - for det første er deres hjemmeside bedre og for det andet synes jeg deres produkter er en anelse bedre (nemmere at betjene, pænere at se på og billigere - lyden må du selv vurdere, jeg synes det er hip som hap)...
