If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD. I am beyond frustrated. 4 days they say they delivering but never arrive. Only to tell me they can't deliver as no one was home or answered the calls, mean time they were never there or even tried to call.. They are useless, and when u try and call it is said there are 10 callers a head of you, each time..

It's a scam. Pakistan-based courier service. Lost my product and blame me for it. Worst online purchase experience ever. Rude and dishonest customer service.

SKYNET is beyond useless. Normally it would take 2 days to deliver my car's License disk. Skynet has received the disk at Elandsfontein on 06/12/2025. App shows it went out on delivery 09/12/25 at 6.35 from Elandsfontein and today 11/12/25 still no parcel. Was advised by a "component" individual (keep in mind they have not answered their phones in 2 days), I might get my parcel on 12/12/25. Seems like the pigeon or donkey they use, has been shot.
They also do not answer emails as its perhaps not in their job description or too much to ask.
I really wish RTMC would use another reputable company and not company clowns like SKYNET

Absolutely Rubbish. i was told 8 days and it is 21 days and still no news of my parcel they are the crap.

My shein parcel sticker shows three items and the skynet sticker only shows 1 item.

AMAZING!!! They really care. I was worried my package wouldn't come in time for my husband's birthday but it did! They delivered on weekend and it was perfect!!! I'm so happy ! Crying!

ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!! My parcel was due for delivery on 3 December, it is now the 5th and has not yet been delivered, each day with a different excuse. I've delt with many courier companies but this one is by far the absolute WORST!

Skynet doesnt even deserve a 1 star rating. Pathetic from the call center agents to the drivers. i called the call centre so many times, hold on for so long, only for some one to answer and cannot assist. I dont know why Shein uses them

Worst courier company ever,they lie and say they could not reach you meanwhile no one contacts you. I called and emailed and got the same answer my parcel is out for delivery yet no one call you. This is the worst courier company, I would like to warn anyone wishing to send anything with them not to especially if you are running a business you will lose customers. They are very unprofessional, the worst part every morning I wake up with an automated message informing me that they try to deliver my parcel but was unsuccessful because they could not get hold of me. Yes I checked they have the correct phone number because I call everyday to enquire about my parcel and check the number they have. DO NOT USE SKYNET they are the worst courier company to ever exist. 1 star is very generous they don’t deserve any star.

Doesnt even attempt to deliver the package. Sends you a message to say the package will be delivered a certain day beforw 17:00. You take off from work, loosing that income, and sit and wait for nothing. When you phone the next day, you are told they attempted delivery and couldnt deliver and will have to deliver 3 days later. Rather use someone else, or if you use a service prover like Mr Price Home that uses them, rather stay away.

This is a scam!! They don't tell you you have to call to get the service activated and it costs $299. I wanted so much to tell Comcast to screw but I guess I'm stuck with them for now.

And once again Skynet has failed to deliver. I received a sms advising that my long awaited package was out for delivery today and that I should ensure that I am home to receive it.
After juggling my schedule to be home, my package has still not arrived.
Not the first time.
TEMU, who provide an amazing service, insist on using Skynet, and in so doing, have their reputation sullied by this rank service.
I have read the reviews and even AI points out how unreliable/scams/theft they are. Wow!!
Please small businesses, DON'T USE SKYNET

Extremely poor service.
It’s been a week since the courier called me once, said he was nearby — and then disappeared. No more calls, no updates, no delivery. The number is always unavailable, and Skynet keeps saying “we can’t reach you,” although I’ve been waiting at the same address every single day.

I urgently need my parcel, but no one from Skynet cares to help or even check where it is.
This is one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had.
If you value your time and peace of mind — avoid Skynet Sri Lanka.

I have no idea why luxury brands use this service. It is unprofessional on every level, from delivery to customer service. It’s the first time I write a review for a delivery service but in hope that the next brand that thinks about using skynet will read this- please don’t use this service for delivering your goods.

Terrible service, my package is 7 days late and every time I call I could put on hold or get told it will be shipped tomorrow.

Serviço extremamente fraco! Não entregam a mercadoria e mentem sobre não haver ninguém no local. Remarcaram a data e hora de entrega várias vezes, à última hora. Quando tentas descobrir o que está a acontecer, eles encaminham-te para o remetente original. É pena que os vendedores e fabricantes utilizem os serviços desta empresa de transportes.
