UPDATE 24 Oct 25 Following Skullcandy's advice to approach them,I was advised "Your purchase date is outside our warranty policy. Sorry that you don’t qualify for warranty but you can recycle your product with us and get 30% off your next order!" when I tried to make an online claim under warranty.Given that they went faulty in July/Aug 25 and I purchased them in May 24,their system prevents any claim outside of 12 months.When I click on the 'recycle',I am taken to a Skullcandy page that states "Sorry, you have been blocked

I can't get in touch with anyone
I can't get in touch with anyone. I have a warranty claim, filled out the form, sent my earbuds back, they were delivered to the return depot on the 19th September. It is now 24 days later, I have not received any new earbuds, no communication from Skull Candy, the order lookup doesn't show they have arrived, even though I have delivery proof and I can't get in touch with them in any way as their form to fill in on the website just isnt there and there is no chat option either, very very frustrating.

If you order & pay and want to cancel order or upgrade it - it is not possible. Skullcandy has no propper Customers Service, chatrobot does not follow up even though it issues a “ticket”. Skullcandy is difficult to impossible to contact and communicate. Too automated, no petsonal touch, no troubleshooting customers aid.

The Birthday Present......
I ordered the crusher evo for my daughters 18th birthday and had ordered in suitable time, however the order hadnt arrived to the warehouse and i was looking into a refund so i dont miss the date. I contacted the customer service team and they communicated clearly and made promises they kept by pushing the delivery which indeed arrived just in time. Much appreciated, a wonderful experience will buy their products again!!!!!!!

Edit: My order finally arrived. Product is fine, but communication from the company was terrible, and what led to my frustration and anger. They need to get much better at customer support.

Ordered headphones on 28th Aug with ship date mid- sept. Heard NOTHING since, tried to get answers on live chat 4 times, emailed- no response, messaged on Instagram- no response. I JUST WANT AN UPDATE. And do not reply telling me you’re sorry and to email customer services because I’ve done that, AND THEY DONT REPLY. I want my order or I’ll be issuing a chargeback.

Long lasting
A set of Hesh 2s were donated to my classroom back in 2018. I sent them home with the students at the end of the year. They all still worked great. I still have mine from almost 7 years ago, little warn but working great.

Terrible
Terrible! If I could give no stars I would! My son ordered headphones on 28th August 2025, no communication until he contacted them and they apologised for delay. Item was still not sent, when requested a refund, told to contact bank and raise a dispute rather than them just refunding. Will be reporting to Trading Standards. AVOID THIS RETAILER!!!
Update: I contacted the customer services team and were useless. Stated they could not do refunds and they would escalate the matter, with an email response in 48 hours. 72 hours has passed and still no response has been received.

Unable to return the faulty products due to bad customer service
Tried to contact customer service, the website doesn't work properly. I submitted my claims yesterday but no emails of confirmation about the claims.
Tried to contact the webchat, it kept saying that it cannot give me the customer service contact number. Followed the instruction to find out about the customer service contact number but website doesn't work.
Now I dont have anyone to help me to sort the faulty products. I am stucked with 2 pairs of earbuds which dont work properly. I just bought them last month.
1: Push ANC active (doesn't connect to Tile app for tracking. I bought it so I can track them)
2: Dime 3 (battery life span is very short and unable to hear any conversation when during the call).

I felt like I am being scammed by the company. This is my first experience. It's ashamed, I thought the company was big and the products seems good. But I dont know why the customer care are not working properly??

I bought the crusher evo from a third party retailer, and I regret it for one reason only: not being able to give them a personal review. The crusher evo literally changed the way I listen to music, and since getting them, I've been selling my Sony and Samsung flagship headphones and earpods. I love skullcandy to death as an almost exclusively harder-styles listener. I wish I could shake the hand of every genius person behind this brilliant marble. Oh, and good value too

TERRIBLE!!
TERRIBLE!!! been owing my refund for the last month, still nothing, how foolish of me to have purchased almost immediately again. The product was swiftly returned (after being delayed for delivery by the way), and now all I hear is that it's been taken up to management. I have been hearing that for the last 4 weeks now. it's irritating.
Update (08/09/25)
The company refunded the amount owed after waiting almost two months. The company should really work on their customer support.

Smoking Buds earpods are HORRENDOUS!!
Smoking Buds earpods are HORRENDOUS!!! I literally only use them for music and iv never had a pair so sh!te, the only one good thing is the comfort of the bud, other than that, the touch effects do not work what so ever, you can only stop and start. The bud fit into the charging pack in a weird way, becareful they don't drop out. And worst of all they cut off from the next room if left your connecting device in there. Literally not 5ft from my kitchen and it jumps, skips and stops. Absolute WASTE of every single penny spent on these not to mention your basic charge of £6.99 delivery. Unfortunately no option to leave review on site. Better using 2 tins put together with a string!!!!!

Whatever you do, don’t do it…
Save yourself the aggravation and don’t buy from this company. They deliver nothing but grief, aggravation, frustration and irritation. Purchased a pair of headphones, attempted to cancel the order a few days later but was told in order to maintain their super quick dispatch policy, this would not be possible. They were dispatched a few days after this and promptly returned. Seven weeks later, after educating Skullcandy about UK consumer law and letting them know I would report them to Trading Standards if they did not issue a refund, I finally received the refund. So if you do decide to deal with this company, make sure you know your rights.

I bought my Crusher Anc model after seeing hood reviews. Do far I have been waiting since the 8th of July for delivery. I have contacted customer services, is a nightmare to get anyone to reply. Finally got a response and the stated delivery can take some time so be patient. I said it's been from the 8th of July, they stated oh really we will get right on it with yhe warehouse. I asked for a refund instead of delivery. They said they would start the process. Now I have a UPS delivery on way.
Update... UPS have lost the parcel.

Their customer experience is a tale of…
Their customer experience is a tale of two halves ! We bought a paid over over the ear ANC headphones from a third party seller and the customer at pads fell off within 2 months, not great for z £70 pair of headphones ! The third party seller would not help as it had been over 30 days and referred me to skull candy direct. I submitted a from on there website and waited 15 days as instructed and heard nothing ! I attempted to contact them again and still heard nothing, a thirds attempt using the chat function finally got me through to someone who could help.
This whole process took an unnecessarily long 3.5 weeks! So firstly my advice, submit your warranty claim on the website and the next day go straight to chat !
However once I got through it all went through very quickly! They acknowledged my claim asked me to send the headphones back by recorded delivery in some other way(albeit at my cost !) and they processed the claim within 24 hours, and sent a credit note to order a new pair directly through them. The credit note included free postage and was for a higher value than what we had originally paid, allowing us to buy a newer version of the headset and effectively upgrade.
So slow start, but impressive finish! I’ve only awarded less stars, due to the quality of the first pair of headphones and the slow start. Will see how the new headphones fair !
Edit - I’ve upped my score to 4 starts, as having ordered the new headset it arrived in 24 hours and they followed up. I think once you are through to them their customer service is very effective and I can’t fault them then!

Terrible service, Bad customer experience
Absolute terrible service, and even worse customer service with no care about the customers needs or request. Placed order for my headphones July 16, they said delivery usually takes 5-7 days but after i placed order, there was no tracking information or estimated delivery date communicated to me. Two weeks went by and there was still no communication from the company, total radio silence, no tracking id, no delivery promise, nothing. I sent numerous emails requesting information but got bot resonses only saying it may take a while to hear from them as they receive loads of emails (i guess i understand why now) on August 4th, i disputed the transaction in my bank app and in less than 72 hours i got a manipulative email from skullcandy saying they are sorry to hear my order has been cancelled, they said from their end they can see my order was cancelled due to payment processing error and my money has been released back to me within 5-7 days (this was a lie), the order was still up and active on their platform showing pending and today is August 12th, i haven’t received any refund. Instead i got an email from Ups today that my package from skullcandy will be delivered tomorrow by 1pm. This is very manipulative and disappointing from a brand of their standing.
I am no longer interested in their item, i have gone ahead to purchase a different brand and i got my headphones the very next day. skullcandy i do not want your package delivered to me, and i do not trust your return policy that claims returns take 30 days. If delivery that was supposed to take 5days took you 30 days, i can only imagine how long returns will take. Please avoid this brand for your own mental health.

I'm a long-term customer with skullcandy I first bought my 1st skullcrushers in 2017 and again in 2018 I upgraded to the skullcrushers 360s then in 2019 I upgraded again to the skullcrushers anc1 first version which my wife uses and accident happened to my 360s recently which happened to break the headband which I tried gorilla duct tape and gorilla glue which patched them up but the tension was no longer there as much so they didn't sound the same because they wasn't flush to my ears with a gap at the bottom so anyways i reached out to skullcandy to see if they can sell me a spare part the headband for the 360s I couldn't find any online anywhere so skullcandy was absolutely fantastic with me they offered me a one off discount to purchase a new pair of anything I wanted so after much research I opted for the skullcrushers 540 active which is an upgrade to the evos they hit just as hard in the bass as each other but the trebles and mids are definitely higher than the evos and when the bass kicks in the vocals and highs and mids stay high and are not like the evos which tone down the vocals and highs and mids as I've tried a pair of the evos so i know the difference firsthand and the headband looks the same on the 540 as the evos but the 540 won't cause you any discomfort after a few hours whereas for me the evos did slightly even though the evos have a slightly looser headband than the 540s but for me the skullcrushers 540 active worked better for me with my head shape I have a shaved head with a medium to short length beard to the level of the top of my ears and the 540s suited me better for my head shape medium to small adult head and I've heard other people be ok with evos so I'd try other peoples first ask your mates/family to try them out to see if there a good fit for you and for what I've seen there a real fit for almost everybody so I would recommend the skullcrushers 540s active and id recommend the skullcrushers Evo as well as some people prefer deep base with slightly muted vocals and highs and mids when the bass kicks in for the evos and the 540s have slightly higher vocals and highs and mids when the bass kicks in so it's up to you that's my honest and very recent opinion of both headphones in the last month and God bless you all amen 👍🙏💞
