Latest update: Still no refund. My order was cancelled on 13.11.25. Live chat in my account has stopped working. I can’t contact them like before. Emails get no reply-complete ignore. I’ve opened a case with Klarna to get my refund. This company is completely terrible.
Think twice before ordering from the Skullcandy UK website. Better to buy from Argos or Amazon. The product is brilliant, but the customer support is ridiculous.

Helped submit a warranty claim amazing service
I had a broken product the produce was nought as a gift and so had no proof of purchase they assured me this was a one off but that they would help me submit a warranty claim without it. They also submitted it manually due yo a fault on my end was having a very bad day I couldn't have been happier with the service I received.

Dårlig kundeservice
Hovedtelefoner er gået i stykker indenfor garantien. Har oprettet en reklamation hos SkulleCandy, men har aldrig fået en kvittering for oprettelsen og det er umuligt at komme i kontakt med kundeservice. Eller rettere sagt - der er ikke nogen kundeservice, man kan henvende sig selv.

I can see that your refund request has already been submitted. Since the purchase was made through KLARNA, our internal team is currently addressing some issues that have been affecting the processing of refunds for this payment method. Although we don’t have an exact timeframe yet, we’ve been assured that this matter is being prioritised and will be resolved as quickly as possible. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.”**
-It’s ridiculous that they don’t have any timeframe for the refund. So it could be a year :)))) And they still have issues with Klarna—already for a week. What kind of “issues” take more than a week to resolve? It looks like nobody cares about processing the refund. It seems I’ll need to contact Klarna about this company and ask them to take the money back due to what feels like a scam.
I highly do not recommend anyone to order anything from Skullcandy UK to avoid issues like this.

I purchased Skullcandy Rail ANC earbuds from Brand Eyes. On opening the box, the charging cable and one ear muff were missing. Despite sharing the unboxing video and order ID, Brand Eyes denied responsibility, calling the video not genuine. Ms. Harjeet from customer service was completely unprofessional and rude, showing no concern or accountability toward resolving the issue.

Tried to order a pair of earbuds and the promo code did work but it wouldn't let me order before you know it, the code has expired but today RAFFY one of the customer service agents helped me right out gave me £30 discount code with also free shipping on top. Can't explain how much he helped top bloke. 🙌🏽

If there was a button less than one. Poor poor terrible customer service and communication. Zero accessibility and zero communication and zero service. Bad business people to say the least. I ordered a pair of headphones but for some reasons the CANDY40 code didn't work, even though it has taken it off in the basket. As soon as I clicked through with ShopPay it put £25 back onto the order. I contacted Skullcandy immediately to cancel the order and I'll try the code again (ticket number available for evidence).
No response. Waited and tried again and tried to speak to someone. Only got an AI bot telling me to try again another time. Never heard back and got no response. Eventually got a hold of someone at 9pm 3 days later as they work on USA time (Eastern time?) who said I shouldn't have been able to put in two voucher codes, hence why that code didn't work. But the basket said I could but removed them after I paid?
I'm sure the products are good, but I'm returning it due to the very poor customer service and the order glitch. They won't listen to this feedback I'm sure and state it is policy to only use one code etc etc. I see I'm not the first who has had an issue with ordering and contacting them. Please read the other reviews, avoid this company.

Absolute scam
Absolute scam! I ordered the anchor 360 evo earbuds and the left one broke completely within 3 days and both won’t connect. Upon submitting a claim to attempt to get a refund, the website and customer service pages both broke making it impossible to contact any customer service or receive refund emails. POOR QUALITY, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT BUY!!

Smokin' Bud Earbuds.
Edit: The response, to the below review, from Skullcandy provided me with an email address to get in touch with them directly however the address proved to be invalid so no further forward.
Bought some Smokin' Bud earbuds in May 2025 and one has stopped working after very little use. Tried contacting Skull Candy via their online chat and twice have been informed a support ticket had been generated but I have received no response. I have tried contacting them via two of their social media platforms again without any response. Really disappointed in the quality of the product but even more so in their total lack of response.

This "shop" automatically logged me in when I put my email address in and then proceeded to check out and went through when I hadn't finished. I messaged them less that 2 minutes after It had gone through and I received an email. Can't cancel, won't help etc. Can return but it'll cost you to do so. Absolute scammers used to use their products all the time but not anymore.

Amazing when they work
They're amazing when they work, ive been a long time skull candy customer. I love the sound of them. I bought a pair of skull candy ear buds and I registered them on the app. A year or so later they started acting up and I got in contact with customer care who were very helpful. They agreed to take them back and give me the value to buy new ones. I've had them 2 or 3 or so years and the right one has started to fail by dropping sound when it wants. Like I said i've been a long time skull candy customer but may be time to look around.

Skullcandy leave disabled child without headphones
I purchased two pairs of crusher headphones for my daughters. One is Autistic PDA, suffers with acute anxiety disorder, especially in social and busy environments. I was drawn the the crusher as they were noise canceling and would be a great purchase to help my autistic daughter reduce noise when out and be a good coping mechanism for her. I was right, this worked great for her and allowed her manage her anxiety whilst out. Also, as a young teen, she felt comfortable wearing them and not standing out with ear defenders.
The problem arises when the material over the ears pads started to rub off but my daughter was reluctant for me to send these back and she was worried about how she would cope without them, especially in and travelling to school.
I contacted Skullcandy and printed off the warranty, included a copy of the warranty in the parcel which had all my details on it and the warranty reference number. It states to include a copy of the warranty in your parcel. Skullcandy suggests you send back with tracking , so I did.
I sent on the 3rd of October, should have arrived on the 6th. We had no communication from Skullcandy, my daughter was getting anxious, as she is due to return to school on Monday and wanted to check when we would hear from Skullcandy.
I contacted Skullcandy last night, via live chat and was left shocked and disappointed by their response.
I gave my email and warranty number, to be told that they could not check if they had been received, unless I gave the tracking reference. I was at work, I didn’t have it on me. I asked if they could not use the warranty reference, as surly after opening any boxes they would need to check the item against the warranty and process the claim. I was continually asked if I had written the tracking number on the box, which would have been impossible because the post office worker took the box from me. I asked why they could not see if the parcel had arrived using the warranty reference but got not response other than they needed the tracking. I asked for an email address for the complaints department. I was told that there was no complaints department.
My daughter had the receipt for the postage but can’t find it. After Skullcandy only suggesting that you send it via tracking and myself doing so, I never envisaged that I would be told that you ‘must’ have the tracking reference to have your claim processed. Had this been made clear, I would have ensured that I held onto the receipt but nowhere on the claims process did it state that your claim cannot be processed without your tracking reference. Given that I have bought several times from Skullcandy, I considered them a reputable and trusting brand but I was wrong.
My autistic PDA daughter will now not have her much needed earphones back in the way they were sent or repaired under the warranty they were under.
Shame on Skullcandy for your
disgraceful customer services, leaving a disabled autistic child, without the coping mechanism to feel safe and able to cope with her acute anxiety.
If you are not able to fulfil your responsibility to warranty claim without tracking, you should state this on the warranty return paperwork, not just suggesting in.
So by Skullcandy’s statement that they needed a tracking reference for the claims processed to be completed, I could have sent an empty box and no warranty paperwork or product inside. This is absolutely ridiculous!

Thanks so much for your response Skullcandy. After sharing your response on the link you shared, we had the issue resolved in just a few minuets. My daughter received her brand new earphones today and is really looking forward to wearing them to school tomorrow. Thanks again!

I bought a pair of skullcandy grind fuel for my wife's birthday in June but one earbud never worked went through everything numerous times with skullcandy only to get told to go back and do it all over again this company just keeps running you around in circles waiting for you to give up I asked them numerous times for an address to send the earbuds but they never give you a straight answer this all went on for a couple of months from August till the beginning of October until yeah you guessed it I gave up too

Poor customer service
Pathetic service I was really really disappointed. I ordered from the original website. The order came after one month but I no longer needed that at that time because my brother went back home I bought it for him and then when I claim for refund they said you can only refund the product within 14 days of your purchase how can I even return it when I even haven’t received it? That’s a shame and after that they said we are no longer accepting any queries via email so all you have to do is use the website but whenever I was going on the website it it was taking me back to the same process very poor service.
