Great customer service
The delivery was quick but it was the customer service that most impressed me. I manged to muck up my order but they sorted it out really quickly. I'm very impressed and will use them again.

Absolutely phenomenal service
Absolutely phenomenal service, ordered on Tuesday night with a 5-10 day wait as was only in stock with supplier and item had arrived by Friday!! Can't thank these guys enough for helping me get back out shredding as soon as they did!

Super happy with the service
Super happy with the service and communication from Singletrack bikes. Made the order and in just a few days the part was delivered. SRAM X5 X7 freehub was a great price and like for like on my 2014 Boardman bike. Have ordered again since with equally good service. Will definitely be using these guys for my bike parts in future. Many thanks from Wales.

My Mrs order me a box of spokes Monday…
My Mrs order me a box of spokes Monday evening and even payed of DPD express which says should have goods within 2 working days and tracking got no email to track and still no spokes and now Friday morning so I would say don't order from these will keep up to date and going phone when open today and was saying in stock when ordered too needed for weekend ride looks like that not going happen. a update After a phone call to and then a call back from single track some missed information by me and my Mrs but a nice personal touch in communication about the express delivery just await my goods now to update now on Monday and they ment be here within next few hours so I am happy other than the confusion with delivery

We have 2 stock flags on the website. In stock for immediate dispatch and in stock with supplier.
The item ordered was advertised as coming from the supplier first with a lead time of 5-10 working days. With express delivery items coming from the supplier first are dispatched usually within 5 working days.
If the item was In stock for immediate dispatch it would have been with you within 1-2 working days.
We do try to make these stock flags and delivery times as clear as possible, and it is also in the order confirmation email, so I'm very sorry if this information was not clear enough. We are always happy to look at ways of making information clearer so appreciate your feedback on the phone.

The worst company I ever had to buy bike parts...
The worst bike company I ever had to purchase parts from in my life. I'm riding bikes now for over 25 years. I ordered parts from them over a month ago but their website was saying that delays can happen for up to 10 days or even more... Tryed to send them an email to find how long still need to wait... they ignored my email and just sent an automatic email with lots of lies. They also do not pick up the phone, so will call the bank and get my money refunded. They left me with no choice!

I'm so sorry you feel that way. It looks like you missed the delivery information for this product as displayed on the product page. It states that Hope rotors are around 6 weeks for delivery. You only sent an email yesterday late at night and then left this review just minutes after sending it without giving us a chance to respond. It's the weekend so the phone lines are not open 24/7.
I will cancel and refund this order immediately.

girls 24” cuda bike
I recently purchased a girls 24” cuda bike from single track bikes. It arrived incredibly quickly. Communication was excellent. Very competitively prices.

Failed to honour my internet order
Failed to honour my internet order. No issues in the ordering process; they're accepting orders that they cannot fulfill. I won't use this company again. I'd encourage others to do likewise. (Only noticed similar poor reviews on Amazon after the event.) So many more brilliant and reputable companies are better deserving of our business at this difficult time.

This is something we very much work hard to avoid as it is frustrating when you get an email after placing an order that something isn't in stock. It does however happen to even the best online retailers. Nothing is perfect although we do aim to let customers know as quickly as possible if there is an issue. Again, I'm very sorry it happened to you.
This is a difficult time and we work extremely hard to try to cope with the unprecedented demand in the cycle industry right now which is why I let you know very quickly about the issue. I'm also sorry that you won't give us another chance to see how awesome and passionate we can be about the work we do here.

Orange Crush excellent service
Ordered Orange Crush for wife and bike was delivered nicely packed. There was an issue with some misplaced frame inserts where the dropper cable was routed but Dave sorted this out immediately and sent parts in post. They arrived within 2 postage days. The communication has been excellent throughout. You can tell they are passionate about cycling, unlike your big Evans Cycles type of businesses. I would recommend these highly. Found them by accident but they are now bookmarked for future. Many thanks for the excellent service and communication throughout the whole experience.

Ordered a Cuda Trace 24
Ordered a Cuda Trace 24 at lunchtime on Monday and despite the Covid delivery time warnings it arrived 9.30am Tuesday. Amazing service!
Beautiful bike too. Needed a little bit of setup but it arrived nicely packed and in perfect condition.
