DVO rear shock for giant trance,great price,very quick delivery,couldn’t ask for more

I ordered a bicycle from Singletrack Bikes that was in stock at their shop according to their website. For the next week and a half, when I checked what was happening, a link provided said the bicycle was currently being built and would be dispatched soon. Then I had a phone call to say that they did not, in fact, have the bicycle; they had thought they would be able to get hold of one, but they couldn't. They offered me an alternative, which I declined. I asked for a refund which they initiated the same day.

Good communications and prompt replies. I had a slight issue with a product from their supplier, which they got the supplier to sort in a couple of days which was way quicker than I expected for a minor issue.

Top customer service.

These guys went to every effort to get my bike serviced (new pivot bearings) in time for a long weekend of biking up north. Very competent, friendly guys to deal with, and they went above and beyond even fitting new hardware where it was needed. Great communication at every step. Will go back to them in future without hesitation. Thanks again

Edited: was told on Saturday I would receive my tracking on Monday, still no tracking, have tried calling the shop today without any answer, emails have been ignored. Very disappointed in the way they conduct their business and will definitely not be using again nor recommending to anybody.

8 days ago I ordered some tyres for royal mail first class delivery.
At the time of purchasing it was not stated on the Web page that these tyres come.from their supplier, it actually said in stock on the website. After 4 days and multiple emails I was told they are in transit from the supplier, but met with quite a rude response saying if I wanted a refund just say and that would be the end of it. You can tell its not a large business due to replies that are so stubborn from im assuming the owner.

I have gone on the website to check my tracking today as I am still waiting for the tyres, and it says my order is in process, however what it says is in process is my warranty claim.
I'm still tireless, as it stands down on money, and have essentially been told to wait....
I have a competition this weekend, which has also been stated and there has been no effort from anybody here to sort my order out at all.
I am just simply told to wait.

Depending on the packaging of the tyres, the speed they're delivered, if this even is a legit company, and the responses I have received so far which haven't really been very customer friendly or helpful, I would probably say I will not use these guys again. Their website is outdated, nothing on there is clear (I think the countless reviews of people ordering next day delivery and the fact there is constantly a reply saying they are in the wrong for not looking clearly shows a bit of a rude side to them) and they have no bother with customer relations if you have an issue.

This review will be updated once I have received the tyres (IF I receive the tyres should I say) this is the third im assuming family or privately run business i have had problems with ordering through in the past year and just goes to show, why you should use proper companies instead.

I spotted an item on the STB website but wasn’t sure of the size / fit. I phoned for advice - unfortunately they didn’t know either but I left my phone number.
A short time later, I received a call back with the positive info I needed and a further assurance that if the item still wasn’t the right size when I received it, I was welcome to return it.

Have used multiple times this year. Excellent online prices and range and helped me out hugely allowing late returns with a problematic integrated cable build that was unrelated to them. Was also able to source the new parts from them too, best prices online and in stock too 👌 Will be back.

Wish I’d read some of these reviews before ordering. Paid for dpd next day delivery only for it to no come the next day. Or the day after. Contact them to ask what’s going on to be told it’s only next day delivery if it’s in stock, which it wasn’t. You would think you couldn’t opt for next day delivery if it wasn’t possible. I wouldn’t have left a review but there were multiple places I could’ve bought this from and actually received it the next day, which is when I needed it for.

I ordered a bike on Sun evening and got it on Tue. Everything went very smooth. Highly recommended.

Like most punters, I use the internet to price-check any reasonably significant purchase. And like most punters should, I also use the internet to check the seller.

The cheapest retailer had virtual fists being shaken at them from all corners of the internet, dating back several years.

Whereas STB have a wealth of happy customers and just as importantly, any complaints have been dealt with transparently and honestly.

I don't want to suggest that you're paying over the odds for what should be standard (ie decent service), because you're not: their price for what I bought was still pretty keen.

And they proved their mettle, dealing with my faffing and in trying circumstances.

One of the parts wasn't listed on their site and needed to be ordered-in. My email was promptly replied to, with instructions to include a request with the rest of the order.

Which I forgot to do and only remembered, when the other parts arrived.

Another email was sent, but before they could reply I changed my mind about what I needed and sent yet another message.

The reason they hadn't replied so promptly, was because they'd all caught something unpleasant and weren't in good shape.

In spite of this, they added the part to their site so that I could order it. And in spite of my faffing, offered a little something by way of thanks for my business. You guys!

So if you've be burned by some shady chancer whose only actual stock is a shed full of BS and you don't want to hand over your hard-earned to some mega-corp with staff on minimum wage and zero-hour contracts, I suggest you consider STB.

Needed a part for my e-bike and was having little luck tracking it down. Thankfully Singletrack Bikes had stock. I ordered it online late Friday and by Monday morning it had arrived. Communication was great as well as fast delivery. Thanks to the guys and girls at Singletrack Bikes, Im back up and running.

I ordered a Kona Kahuna (it was discounted and so an unbeatable price). Order was place at 7pm on Sunday and I had the bike, in London, by midday on Tuesday. I don’t think any other company could match that turnaround- truly incredible. Communication was first rate throughout (well, in the 36 hours between placing the order and receiving the bike). Popped the bike out of the box, put the wheel on, and it was pretty much ready to ride. There were some nice little touches too, like the cables having been tied in (replacing the factory clips). I haven’t used singletrack bikes before, but with that level of service I’ll be back for all my needs.

Superb service from start to finish. Dealing with a real person is a breath of fresh air today

Over the years i've used hundreds of bike shops, various LBS, CRC etc etc. Singletrack are my favourites. The staff are brilliant at responding to queries, theyre knowledgable and to top it off the prices are good and delvieries are quick

Fabulous service, great prices. I've just fitted the Tiagra triple crankset and it works a dream. :-)
