Always a good price and great communication

Very disappointed with that company. I purchased bike smart trainer from them in October 2023. After two months trainer developed a fault. Manufacturer said to contact the store for repair or replacement.
I’ve contacted company on the 4th of January 2024. Have to wait for over a week to get a reply from them, even though email states what they will reply within 24 hours. After many phone calls and emails I’ve got respond what they will collect the trainer. Collection failed due to bad weather and I get it. But it took me another week of phone calls and emails with no response before they organised another collection.
Eventually trainer were collected. And as of today it’s been a week since collection. Guess what, they haven’t contacted me at all and not responding to my emails and phone calls.
Now a month after initial contact I’m without trainer, without my money and time I’m using to contact them.
Looks like at the end I’ll be minus trainer costs and trainer it self.
Very, very, very poor service.

I bought some tyres just before xmas 23 from singletrackbikes.co.uk that were ordered in from supplier.
Contacted singletrackbikes for progress update as online tracking wasn't working for me and I got swift reply from Dave.
Tyres came shortly after, fitted well, and I'm very happy with purchase, will return again.

Offered a good price on a quality product. Dispatched promptly and arrived very well packaged. I’ve dealt with them a few times and always been impressed. Highly recommended.

Ordered 2 different sized helmets to test fit, still awaiting refund on the other over 2 weeks since the return parcel was delivered by Royal Mail.

On the positive side, ordering and dispatch were as expected despite the clunky website.

Ordered some cycling shoes that were on offer at Singletrack bikes. They were delivered quickly and free of charge. Excellent service all-round!

Ordered carbon handlebars - arrived in a heavily damaged box, with both ends of the bars sticking out. This is just inexcusable - absolute cowboys.

Cannot rate this company enough. My wait time on my parcel was a bit longer than I had expected, I had to cancel. Their customer service was amazing, I was refunded the money super quick and even received an email saying the item had been sent but no need to return it to them. I’m honest shocked. I will 100% be using them in the future. Thank you guys.
