Arrived Early. All good seems to work OK. Product Packaging in poor condition and I suspect that this is returned goods being resent to another customer, but all components in the package, so no complaints.

Too many experiences like mine ,wish I'd read up about them .
You justvshouldnt sell things you don't have .My order on the 22nd sill hasn't been shipped and I got a 3 day option. I emailed to be told it was " in stock with supplier " on the website .That in itself is a terrible way to do business .I'm a small indy bike repair shop myself and being in Scotlant thought it best in there rough times to support another Scottish shop .Never again .In stock with suppliers in Europe is the main term the website failed to mention .How is it even possible to offer 3 day delivery on a part that's in the EU ? Now he will come on here abd say all the right things ,Sorry ,really terrible etc etc then will continue to do it .The email I got from them said as soon as its it it will be sent next day ,that dosnt make it right or OK.Just wish I had bought from Bike Inn as they can do it in a week ,and " in stock " means they actually have it .
Nothing they could say or do can make it OK because there are way too many others with the same story . I just want the part now ,not excuses which I'm sure they will have .

4th April update
Just had another response via email .
Apparently they have had to contact " the rep " abd now he's on tge case it will possibly be with them in 3 days ,so possibly next Tuesday .
The first email said it was held up at customs and should be with then I 2/3 days .Do they are bad liars too .
Just avoid this shop at all costs ,it's not worth the bother

I’d love to support small businesses but I can’t in this case. It took almost 3 weeks for the order to arrive and when it came it was totally wrong. The invoice matches my requirements but I was sent an order that is of no use to me. No reply from the owner for any resolution yet. That was my first and last order. Avoid avoid avoid.

SEE REPLY BELOW: The supplier has even lied that there is nothing wrong! He has sent me entirely the wrong order and denies it! Do not deal with them.

Fast efficient service. Even though the item was not in stock, it arrived sooner than expected.

Everything went smoothly when I placed my order for a new Ergon EMTB specific saddle. I'm 12cm sit bone and I went for the S/M size (saddle width is 147mm)
The reason I mention this, 12cm sit bone width falls right between the two saddle sizes. I have other Ergon saddles on other bikes, so I know what fits me. Hope this info helps someone.
Parcel arrived well packed and within the delivery time frame. With Singletrack bike you get quite a few postage prices and delivery options.

I discovered Singletrack Bikes through an online search and ordered a couple of quick release seat clamps. They arrived very quickly but, unfortunately, they were the wrong size (my fault). Following a quick conversation with Jim, who was very helpful, I reordered the correct sized clamps and they arrived by return.
As it happens I live in Scotland within less than an hour’s drive from the store so a quick visit sorted out the exchange.
That enabled us to see other items needed for our upcoming long tour, and again we received excellent support and service from all the team.
In summary, this is a great little company run by enthusiasts for enthusiasts. Also they are very competitive on price.
It will be our first choice retailer for bike kit in the future.
