First rate knowledge and care
Friendly sales team members and a warm welcome awaits you. If you see a fantastic deal and live a distance away don’t hesitate to get in touch with them, they will put you up in a hotel overnight which even includes breakfast. Charles Phillips was awesome from initial contact all the way through to us driving away in our new car. The team in Sinclair Skoda Swansea made buying our new car extra special.

Purchasing and collecting new car
The salesperson was extremely helpful. He gave us an approximate date for delivery of the new car but it arrived earlier than anticipated which I was really pleased about. We arranged a time for handover and completion of the paperwork which we completed quickly. The only downside was that the mechanics hadn’t finished preparing the car and we had to wait another half an hour for it to be completed. When it was completed the salesperson sat with me to go through some of the functions. He has phoned me since handover to see how I’m getting on and has told me to contact him if I have any queries.

Very friendly staff. Great knowledge of vehicles. Dealt with both Ryan and Charles, both very experienced and made the buying of our vehicle stress free and never once tried to force a sale. They made sure the car was clean and checked thoroughly before we could collect. Great service all round.

Very nice experience - top quality service
The salesman, Charles and the team made my purchase of a new (to me) car a pleasant experience.
For me, this was a very expensive outlay, and I was grateful for the time and assistance they gave me.
The car had been prepared very well indeed - by service team, and the receptionist was very welcoming.
They even went the extra mile and manufactured a new rear number plate while I waited to pick the car up as I needed one for my Tow bar mounted bike rack - possibly a small gesture on their part, but made a big difference to me in usability of the car, being able to immediately take my mountain bike out this weekend on the bike tow rack.
There was also a little packet of Welsh cakes left in the car for me to enjoy with a cup of tea with the family once home.
