Wow! Simply Health just get better and better. I just put a claim in for a dental visit, and within a minute, received an email to say it’s been paid!!! Amazing service. I also notice they’re now B Corp organisation, congratulations indeed!!!

I was having issues with my account…
I was having issues with my account where my employer sent another new link to register my account under a different policy number, when the account had already been registered and under old policy number. Katie assisted me today, she was very efficient and resolved my issue in a breeze. Very pleased to be using simplyhealth, easy to navigate and understand.

Issue resolved
First time I have had to contact Simplyhealth and I had no issues. The AI chat was easy to navigate and was a smooth transition to get through to an advisor. Ross was amazing, he dealt with my issue straight away which was unexpected. I would highly recommend Simplyheath. A very satisfied and happy customer.

Logging into my account there is no…
Logging into my account there is no policy number that I could find. You have to SCAN documents and I do not have access to a scanner at the moment. There is no address on the account anywhere I could see for Simplyhealth. Not impressed just making administration more difficult.

Prompt claims settlement
Handy insurance cover for dental/optical/osteopath/chirpody plus other services at a reasonable monthly cost. I have been with them for 15 years and have never had an issue. Good little policy for smaller bills and claims paid promptly.
Simple on-line claims process and claims paid same day.
You choose the level of cover that suits you and obviously the more benefits the higher the cost but I would thoroughly recommend Simply Health as a helping hand policy for those everyday medical costs.

Not what they claim to be
I've been with simply health for a good few years, paying the premiums for myself and my family,all through COVID when getting an appointment with dentists, opticians and a consultation etc were impossible,but they still took payment regardless,never had any real issues regarding receiving my reimbursement until recently.I went for a private dermatology appointment,sent the relevant documentation and it was refused, when I contacted the customer services they were quite rude and abrupt, saying they needed more information regarding my condition, which I felt was impersonal and unprofessional,the nature of the conversation led me to cancel my policy,£150 out of pocket because someone was maybe having a bad day.

You have removed the cover for randox…
Edited, Simplyhealth has followed up on my email again. They havent removed the cover, they had previously paid in error. Whilst not ideal I have now been provided with the correct info and guided to an alternative to Randox.

You have removed the cover for randox at home tests and now only cover on site tests. For me this is now a 4 hour round trip and a day off work.

We’re sorry for the disappointment and inconvenience this has caused. Through our partnership with Randox, Simplyhealth members can access both at-home and in-clinic tests at a discounted price. However, the discount is separate from eligibility to claim through their health plan.
We have not amended eligibility, as set out in our terms, at-home tests are not eligible for reimbursement. Some in-clinic tests may be claimable, depending on the benefits and criteria of an individual plan. Before booking, customers are prompted to check their terms and conditions and review their benefit table to make sure the test meets the requirements of the relevant benefit.
