The whole experience was very easy to understand a person called Mitch was very helpful and explained clearly how the plan works

Rang on the day of my beloved mums passing at home, ambulance arrived, the gentleman were so kind, didn't rush us to say our goodbyes. Left a white rose on her pillow, a beautiful touch!
Lesley from Simplicty kept me informed all the way through, I requested a particular crematorium, Lesley was amazing in arranging this for us.
Once ashes were ready, even though I had received an email Lesley kindly rang me, which is a lovely touch to actually speak with someone.
I couldn't have dealt with this myself, so hard!

The last of our parents(my Mum)passed away on the 18/1/26, so my wife and i decided that now we had settled her estate, we should sort our direct cremations out.
It was just a phone call to give our details and we paid outright for both our plans. This gave us peace of mind that everything is organised for the future, and takes away any stress for our 3 adult kids plus gives them the maximum amount of money from our estate. Thanks Simplicity 😃

My sister and I brought the funeral plan for my brother who had a learning disability. After explaining this situation Lucus Carter explained all my options. The most important part for us as a family is the we can have second actioner which means the care home manager can activate the plan as well as myself.

It went well and I received calls back as requested.

Keeps bugging me to give a review, but so far all they have done is take my money, only when the job is completed can someone give a review, so my review so far is great service took my money right away hope they deliver the service as quick when needed
