Contacted customer services having low expectaions, as I had lost the receipt and could not prove purchase of an illuminated mirror. I found customer services very helpful and very quick in resolving my problem even without the proof of purchase.

Simple Human has been very, very generous in that they have offered to send me a sample of their black wheelie bin liners to see of it will fit ! I have never had that experience before! The are so amazing!

3 Monate nach Ablauf der Gewährleistung ist das Produkt defekt. Offensichtlich keine Kulanz möglich. Bei einem so teuren Produkt muss die Qualität und Langlebigkeit besser sein. Ich werde nie wieder ein Produkt von Simplehuman kaufen.

I purchased a Simple Human illuminated magnifying mirror last August 2025. Recently, it had stopped charging and working. Therefore I contacted Customer Services via email and they immediately responded. Once they had confirmed details of purchase, and after sending a short video of the issue ( all on the same day the issue was raised) I received an email saying they would be sending me a new replacement - It arrived today, 2 days after issue was raised! Amazing customer service .. if only all companies could operate in this way ..Thank you service team, I would highly recommend Simplehuman

Ik had twee zeeppompen gekocht waarvan na anderhalf jaar de batterij helemaal op was. Ik heb de klantenservice hierover gemaild en kreeg binnen een uur een reactie en twee dagen later had ik gratis twee nieuwe zeeppompen omdat het onder de garantie viel. Hele fijne service!

Suite à un problème rencontré avec ma poubelle 58 litres à deux compartiments, j'ai contacté leur service client et j'ai été agréablement surpris par leur réactivité, leur professionnalisme et leur efficacité. Ma demande a été prise en charge rapidement et avec beaucoup de sérieux.

La personne qui s'est occupée de mon dossier s'est montrée particulièrement à l'écoute, attentive à mes explications et soucieuse de trouver une solution adaptée. J'ai également beaucoup apprécié sa compréhension et sa bienveillance tout au long des échanges.
