Thank you for your lovely review, yes it's really frustrating isn't it about the customs charges, but unfortunately it's totally out of our hands. We are trying to set up retailers in the different countries we trade in so it can lessen the impact for each shipment so keep your eyes on the page for updates and let us know if you know of a great retailer that would be interested in stocking our products!!

Hi Jennifer, it’s a real shame you’ve chosen to leave this review after our long (late night) conversation last night where I shared the tracking number and also advised that the tail was already in the USA. To attempt to speed up the delivery I had paid all fees and taxes in your country so it would be super fast and in fact ended up paying more for the courier than you had actually paid on the website.

Sometimes you just can’t please everyone, but I can hold my head high knowing we really did try and pull the stops out in getting this tail made and sent to the USA in a matter of 5 days.

The tail is showing as due to arrive with you today (US TIME) before 8pm

I’m super sorry for the delay in getting your parcel out to you. We’ve been away on annual leave from the 28/12 to the 19/1 and due to security issues we were unable to publicise this across social media too much. We did place banners across the top of our website to confirm we wouldn’t be dispatching until the 19/20 Jan (but I also understand sometimes these communications aren’t the best)

I can confirm I packed your parcel and it is now in the post so should be with you in the next few days.
