I am always happy with the service I receive from Shoezome. My shoes and slippers have always arrived on time, well packed and in good condition. I have always found them to be good value for money.

Ive bought a pairb of gold Sandals. Wow, wow they are absolutely gorgeous. Good fitting true to size so comfy. The toe post is comfy. Im over the moon they are of the truffle collection. Each sandal comes with its own dust bag. Ive never had that before. Shoezone Amazing. Thank you Christine Southern

I have bought several pairs of shoes here..l like their styles and prices..On Tuesday I went to buy shoes.. unfortunately they didn't have my size 😞 the lovely member of staff told me don't worry if you like them we will deliver a pair to your home tomorrow. I asked about delivery and P&P..again don't worry it's free..paid and lo and behold they arrived as promised.😃.so brilliant just brilliant..what is not to like.thank you Keighley branch

we had a parcel delivered to the wrong address,went into the shop in merry hill the staff were very helpful they got in touch with head office who got in touch with us and it was sorted out for us good service

I have been buying Earthworks Screwdriver steel toecap work shoes from Shoezone for many years now and until recently, have always purchased them instore but this time as they didn't have my size (12) at my local store (although they offered to order for next day collection instore), I decided to look online and I was delighted to find my size. I placed the order on Sunday and incredibly, with FREE delivery, they arrived the very next day Monday! The quality is always excellent (usually last me 4 years plus) and I am now on my 4th pair - that should tell you all you need to know. With such reasonable prices and FREE delivery, it just shows you how much other retailers are gouging customers out of.

Excellent replacement for my old, worn out Earth Spirit sandals. Very comfortable; exactly as pictured on website with delivery to collection point free & very convenient!

Received next day delivery when ordering before 6pm which was free. Courier tracking was not accurate with Evri, parcel was actually delivered earlier than expected time which isn't very helpful when tracking isn't updated. Good offer on trainers.

Needed blue shoes to complete an outfit for a wedding, found the perfect ones in Sittingbourne store, but not in my size. Just my luck, I thought, before the assistant asked if she could help. Having checked they indeed didn't have the size, she said they could order them, and deliver to my address the next day, for free! All for a pair of shoes that only cost £8! Couldn't believe that a budget store would go to such lengths to get the customer what they wanted, when surely this service must cost them. Fantastic! Shoes arrived as promised the next day, perfect!

Not very happy at all. I received the parcel on the door step when my partner brought it in. The parcel was broken wide opened nearly half way. When I checked stuff inside to find of 2 pairs of shoes were missing (total 3 pairs). So I'm not sure whether there were dropped behind on the driver's van by any chance or not. But definitely no one else could open after he left as my partner picked it up shortly after heard the door knocking.

12/08/26 Got in touch with customer service with the issue. They are so good by resolving my issue within the same day by re-sending the missing shoes as replacement on the next day. Very impressive. Thank you . I am now happy.

Brilliantly speedy next day delivery. We needed a replacement sandal for our 10 year old to wear in the sea/paddleboarding and these worked perfectly. She says they are very comfortable, easy to wear for the rocky beach and light enough to swim in. The court description says navy blue but we'd say more of a purple blue but still a good colour and worth the money.

Bought two pairs of shoes, one priced £29.99 the other £19.99. After paying realized over charged by £10. When I mentioned to cashier I was told the till price is what they go by. Fairly disappointed at their policy of blaming other people of moving price tags. Shoes very comfortable, never had an issue before.

Excellent, On the web, I asked for wide fit, Size 13, Sensibly priced trainers, Something to walk about in, I was directed to a choice of trainers, It was so easy to shop, The trainers look good, The price was good, Next day delivery was before mid day, I tried them on, Excellent wide fit size 13, Very comfy.
